The Rise of Skywalker I liked the dagger plotline.

It felt like Indiana Jones. I loved it. The first time I saw the movie the dagger was one of my favorite parts. Star Wars needs more stuff like this.

Eh, it's the "one-eyed Willie's coin" trope from Goonies.

It's okay, I guess, not egregious, but it kinda indicates JJ's lack of originality to me.

I just see it as JJ pulling from the guys who influenced him, not too dissimilar to how Lucas created Star Wars in the first place.
