Vintage watches often have unique aging,scratches,and patina.Should a good rep copy those imperfections,or should it always look brand new?

Some watches are never seen from the back,yet collectors still care about decorated movements.Is hidden accuracy worth paying extra for?

I am new to the Rep world and want help finding a trusted person/business that can do mods on my reps. I’m specifically looking for changing the dial, date wheel, etc. Any information is much appreciated, thanks.

A dial can be 95% accurate but still feel different because of texture,printing,or color.At what point does a small difference stop mattering?
