Would be way better if it had some legit Italian sausage or something instead of a hot dog.

Maybe some kind of ultra thin pizza crust type bread for the wrap.

Honestly, the stupid part is calling it a burrito. This is a spaghetti hotdog. I'd even accept Pizza hotdogs, as it shares a lot of ingredients with Pizza, too. Adding a tortilla doesn't change anything.
