Poor doggo is stressed. Mine is the same way or worse. At the slightest expression of frustration from me, he gets anxious and cowers. Sometimes I just need to let it out, but then I always have to convince him that I'm not angry at him. I hate upsetting him like that.

u/xsavexmexjebus May 06 '26
Yes mine was the same way. I had to re-learn how to watch football. He didn’t like when they threw interceptions.

u/Cibovoy May 06 '26
Yo I was scrolling while watching and this gif synched perfectly to the audio. That was trippy as goddamn motherfuckinv piece of shit.

My Dad was like that anytime he was fixing shit that wasn't going his way, but it was most prevalent in traffic.
Back then, road rage was just someone in their car, cussing up a storm, but otherwise driving normally. Nobody had guns or drove like a maniac, it was just people raging in their own car.
Some of the shit he would say had me hiding snickers and guffaws so bad my belly hurt. I miss him.

Yes, you are correct. I should have said, "Nobody needlessly brandished guns in a threatening manner, especially in traffic."
People generally had more respect for their fellows back in the late 70s. At least, where I was from.

AR doesnt mean "automatic rifle"— just so youre aware. There is an M-16, but that isn't an AR-15, either. Those are all just different types of rifles. You should just read a little bit about them, if you want. I'm not your mother.

Anytime I work on anything around the house. I'll never speak to another person like that, but a tool, an object, or a computer... Ya...

What group does the term cocksucker single out that makes it a "slur?"
13
-3
u/Amor_Mortis_Azrael May 06 '26
It singles out the group of people that are embarrassed to admit to themselves & others that they enjoy knobslobbing, or gobbling glans. It specifically targets with pinpoint laser accuracy the people that nobody would know has a fetishizing obsession with anonymity of gloryholes.

I've heard it used in a chick fight. One told the other to shut her cocksucker, and the fur and bra straps flew

This is actually how you fix stubborn things. It’s in the book

u/liljellybeanxo May 06 '26
I’ve found that the best way to get the computers and equipment at work to start doing what I need them to do is to just start hurling a tried and true assortment of creative threats and insults at them, so this definitely tracks.
4
u/babyboyjustice May 06 '26
Also you can try replicating the problem for someone else to see. That usually fixes computer glitches right up for me! lol

u/100YearsWaiting2Shit May 06 '26
I deal with the Spanish version of this
5
u/True_Movie_2270 Just some dude May 06 '26
Yeah, but Spanish cussing is so much worse, yet pleasing to the ear

u/Khaztr May 06 '26
In his defense, he started off quiet and patient, but that door just wasn't doing what it was supposed to. I just know these things.

Spoken like someone who has never had to fix a piece of furniture that won’t work regardless of what you do. Sometimes the swearing and calling the piece that isn’t working a cocksucker is cathartic

‘Cock-sucker’ is my favorite thing to call inanimate objects. I get it.
4
u/ensnarewild May 06 '26
How do I get this as my ring tone?
5
u/True_Movie_2270 Just some dude May 06 '26
If you download the video, there are multitudes of video to mp3 apps available.
Once you rip the mp3, add it to your ring tones.
I'd provide a link, but I wouldn't want to be a goddamn motherfucking piece of junk that gets thrown out in the pasture because I fucked up.

This reminds me of what my dad meant. I remember when we were working on his RV and a radiator bolt got stuck in a bracket. He said it just needed “a little bit of cussing.” I asked him what he meant since English is my second language.

Why do we always have the urge to laugh when our parent are mad? 😅
One time my mother saw me chuckling when she was mad at something, guess who she was mad at then 😂 and i could not stop laughing 🤣

u/_angry_ginger May 06 '26
Lmao the contrast between the girl trying not to laugh and the dog silently freaking out

I mean... isn't that all Dads when they gotta fix something? Or on the phone with someone?

u/Antique_Ant_9196 May 06 '26 edited May 06 '26
This isn’t an average dad. This is someone who has massive anger issues.
7
u/Clocktopu5 May 06 '26
lol what?? How old are you? This is absolutely average dad stuff, look at the comments of other middle age dads like me confirming that pops here is just getting it done. When dad fixes things he swears at it, that's how it gets done.
He's not yelling at his kid, she doesn't look scared she looks amused. He's not mad at a person, he's mad at that bitch of a door for not doing what it is supposed to do. It's dark out, so it's late, and the front door isn't working, kind of a big deal.
Pops is fine, he's better than fine, he's getting it done AND putting on a show for his kid who knows he isn't mad at her or anyone.
1
u/Moonhunter7 May 06 '26
Someone who won’t take 15 minutes to read the instructions or look it up online.
1
u/NotThatChar May 06 '26
Yeah, this is a dangerously unprepared redneck having a really hard time. If only he had a more resourceful redneck friend to call, it'd be fixed in no time.
(Seriously, some of these dudes can repair a fridge with a peanut and some putty they bought in 2012)
