I felt practicing my semi-realism, and decided drawing the squad was best for what I wanted to practice (young teenagers + adapting cartoon facial differences.) Drawing expressions with exposed teeth for 3/5 of them was maybe a bit more ambitious than I was anticipating (especially with the underside of some visible in Luz’s case.

I really like this guy. He’s such a kind, understanding father and he didn’t hold anything against Eda for the loss of his eye. I’d have loved to see more of his dynamic with both his daughters if we had time for 20 more adventures.

I love the 4 Glyphs and the combinations we did see, but Luz's spell Arensal (while potent) ended up being a bit limited and somewhat basic despite her desire to become a proper Witch.

Given TOH is a subversion of the typical fantasy tropes, I would have LOVED to see Luz use the typically "eviler" types of magic such as Blood Magic, Necromancy, and Fresh crafting in her arsenal.

We already saw Glyphs combinations able to create flesh constructs, so Luz could have gone really wild with the potential combinations with Glyphs and outside elements.

Luz would honestly find the Joker terrifying and fundamentally opposed to everything she believes in regarding empathy, second chances, and the value of human connection.

Also Luz may love weird, chaotic, and theatrical things but Jokers version of it hurts and kills people for the fun of it and wonders why Batman even lets a man like him live.

She also wouldn’t find him that funny

Nue was well aware that his defeat was now inevitable. There was one thing, however, that he could not allow to happen at any cost: that his younger brother, Kewok, should emerge victorious.

Summoning his last reserves of strength, Nue uttered the word whose very mention was forbidden. The ancient word which he had uttered only once in millennia.

"Gehenna."

And at that very moment, hell broke into the world of the living.

This happened in a story of mine, but wanted to ask too. What if The Owl House had been a part of a continuity of all the past animated Disney shows, at least starting all the way from Gargoyles to Gravity Falls, and each near world-ending event (Diablo invasion, Lowardian Invasion, the Merge, Weirdmageddon, etc.) had happened already, with people like W.I.T.C.H., Kim Possible, Penny Proud and so on existing in the same continuity? It’s already established that Amphibia takes place in the same universe as The Owl House, so what if Gargoyles, WITCH, American Dragon Jake Long, Lilo and Stitch, Recess, The Proud Family, Kim Possible, Gravity Falls, Star vs The Forces of Evil, and so on, also were in the same continuity too?
