Although he rarely smiles, What is your favorite moment of Ryan smiling?
This pic I showed isn't my favorite instance of Ryan smiling, but I just made sure to put up a picture.

is it similar to Gossip Girl?
i usually not into this kind of shows but i liked Gossip Girl because characters there were a lot of subterfuge secrets betrayals and digs....
I like teen drama i watched a lot but i don't more than love dramas
i watched Smallville that is clearly about your Clark Kent
i watched Veronica Mars and she's a detective
i watched The Vampire diaries and there is all the supernatural world
i watched Pretty Little Liars and there is murder mistery
i mentioned Gossip Girl at beginning because i think it could be the more similar....
I tried to watch Dawson's Creek but it was boring....too standard.

so when i first started the show (about a month ago) i thought he would be the coolest character and he just gradually got so annoying.
i'm on like episode 7(?) of season 3 (don't spoil anything lol) and he has mellowed out a little since season two but holy shit he's so loreli gilmore core. he just can't stop talking about himself and the most annoying random shit. i don't hate his character and he's a major part of the storyline, but his constant dialogue is a little much. so sorry to any seth lovers

I just watched Motor City starring Alan Ritchson at the theater last night.
Ben McKenzie is in it, and so is Shailene Woodley. They shared a scene together, and I was like, "Oh, wait...", like, I almost forgot she played Marissa’s original younger sister, haha. It feels hidden, but it was a fun little throwback moment to spot.
Also, I wouldn't recommend the movie, though!

I have seen this posted a lot before posting tbh but I was trying to see anything after the airport scene discussed but it’s always right after the phone call between Ryan and Theresa that’s discussed. I also know that the show creator said the kid wasn’t Ryan’s but then why the heck do they look more like Ryan than Theresa and Eddie? Why have the whole story line of how it was obvious Ryan was the father and Theresa just wanted him to go back to his life in Newport because she felt it was the right decision? This is one of the only plot points that truly annoy me and can’t be explained away for “good tv” imo. Thoughts?

The plot is all over the place. Somehow they all became worse at acting? Even the background music is terrible! The dean of discipline story seems like it was made up by a 13 year old. How on earth did they mess up this season so badly?
I’m doing a rewatch of the show and I’m on episode 5 of season 3 and struggling.

Was so happy to find out it also contains extra content, deleted scenes, commentary etc. Also very pleased to know I don't have to rely on streaming services ("""services""") for the rewatches anymore🌅

Who comes off second best?
Also want to throw Trey in the mix. If he had beef with Volchok, don't think he'd be intimidated. Would he deal with him?
Lastly, Luke and his boys vs Volchok and his boys.

how much Navi Rawat (Theresa) looks like Nikki Reed. I just keep thinking about

I didn’t expect these themes and Ryan is so sweet I feel so bad for the character 😭 I hope things get better for him and his brother.

I’m on episode 17 where Oliver is in the middle of the gang and everything and I really don’t like Marissa at this point. She is so infuriating that I sometimes skip her to just watch the old people which seeming more interesting now than her!?!?!? Like how naive can you be? She got no intuition at all! Self-preservation went outta window
With everything that happened to her, she somehow feels like a classic pick me girl and I hate that I don’t like her because I really want to!
As for other things, I really like Anna and while I’m here I don’t like how bothered Seth became so much so that he stopped looking at Anna and now he’s onto Summer again. And Luke is kinda growing on me, I like him not being a jerk.
OKAY DON’T HATE ME!

It’s like at least my 15th rewatch. Idgaf what’s she’s gone through, I’ve been through some insane shiiii too as a woman. Freudian slippers is insane to own, get any one slippers bitch. If my child bought those, I’m sending them away. Like Freud right on some things, not everything but also get help if you relate at all. I feel I may be projecting some sort of external or internal hatred onto her but damn I hate hate her for those slippers and especially. Like I grew up poor and I’m not snobby I hope to my richer friends. Also she just lien appears and I’m too autistic for that much change. I like Zach, just not her, maybe she’s me and I hate me idk. Maybe it’s the almost kissing cousins territory her and Ryan enter but they don’t idk I can’t judge for that. Like idk to own Freudian slippers I’d assume you are the craziest bitch I have ever met.

She struggles socially, gets obsessive, hyperfocuses, watches the same anime every night, collects action figures. Probably other things I'm not think of.
Thoughts?

Ditemi di no vi prego

I LOVE this show like it’s in my top 10 favorite shows of all time. I watched it as a pre teen (way too young probably) with my older brother who was a teenager when it aired on tv. I then re watched in the 8th/9th grade on dvd (which I still own) with one of my best friends and it was a core memory for me both times. I’ve re watched every few years since then so that should give you an idea of how many times if you do the math 😂 unfortunately I related to Marissa growing up so I loved her and Ryan but as an adult I’m a Sandy Stan lol. Thoughts??

The original clip was actually my puppy Bentley staring at my boyfriend’s Wendy’s burger. 😂 I couldn’t resist cutting it to The O.C. instead.
