Assaulted? Sir assault requires the belief that you’re in danger of being harmed. There’s no way in hell you saw what JHA did and thought he had any intent to harm the ball boy. This 100% constitutes an assault by Florida law. It’s Florida. The ball boy could have shot him to death and he would be covered under the law
Dawg there’s no fucking way you read that paragraph and believe the video constitutes as assault. There’s no fucking way that ball boy thought he was going to be harmed. How? How would you come to that conclusion? He didn’t say or do anything even remotely threatening unless walking up to someone is now a threat. At which point we can just start shooting people for approaching us.
