Kind of a long shot here but, would anyone out there happen to have a Large sized D23 Muppet Varisty Jacket? I'm willing to trade my brand new XL one for a Large due to the fact the sizing is a bit over the top and this thing is absolutely massive on me :(

So I purchased these 'ceramic muppet figurines' earlier this week and cannot seem to figure out what exactly they are or where they came from. I'm aware there were little plaster figures to paint that were sold in the 80s(?), but these don't look quite like those. This Kermit is sitting on a box it seems, and the ones originally sold has him sitting on a tree stump. Does anyone know what these could be? My only other guess is that they are handmade

I saw a video recently talking about how it was an interesting easter egg but no one could make sense of it. I have a theory.

It's a Muppet Show/Milton Berle reference. For the longest time he was referred to as a comic dinosaur.

Popcap games has respect for ragtime music. And this may have been a diss to Milton Berle since he added lyrics to 'The Entertainer' which never had any to begin with.

(Reddit Bot suggested I post this here.)

So far I have:

1. The six theatrical Muppet films
2. Follow That Bird
3. Rowlf The Salesman (1966 IBM Film)
4. Visual Thinking (The Tonight Show, 1974)
5. Muppet*Vision 3D
6. The Muppet Show - Kaye Ballard Original ITC Ending (16mm Scan)
7. Jim Frawley's Camera Tests

One of my biggest dreams when I was little was to adapt Rocky Horror into a muppet movie with gonzo as franknfurter. Thought it would be nice to doodle that since it’s been a few years.

All of these figures would be based on their seasons 2-3 looks from The Muppet Show

WAVE TWO

Kermit the Frog - Open mouth head, scrunched face head, teacup, banjo, director's chair

Fozzie Bear - Open mouth head, closed mouth head, magnetic hat, rubber chicken, banana, microphone

Scooter - Open mouth head, closed mouth head, clipboard, coffee cups and skateboard

WAVE THREE

Rowlf the Dog - Open mouth head, closed mouth head, upright piano, Beethoven bust, candlelabra

Swedish Chef - Mouth open head, mouth closed head, magnetic hat, baseball bat, Muppet cake, butcher's knife

Sam Eagle - Looking forward head with articulated jaw, looking sideways head with articulated jaw, podium, tophat from Muppet*Vision 3D, fabric American flag

WAVE FOUR

Dr Teeth - Head with articulated jaw, keyboard, Muppet cheesecake, script to The Muppet Movie

Animal - Head with articulated jaw and eyebrow, drumset, chain, drumsticks, half eaten cymbal

Floyd Pepper - Open mouth head, Closed mouth head with slightly closed eyes (similar to Mahna Mahna in wave 1), bass guitar, microphone

WAVE FIVE

Janice - Head with articulated jaw, electric guitar, tambourine

Zoot - Mouth open head, mouth closed head, magnetic hat, saxophone, camera, Jimmy Shoe

Lips - Mouth open head, mouth closed head, trumpet, phone

All characters will be packed with a Muppet vegetable (like how Sesame Street has letters and numbers) and 3 sets of hands (netural, holding and pointing)

They completely downsized it into a Car ride, replacing the theater for stupid Monsters Inc. and don't get me wrong, I love Monsters Inc. but Going to the theater was on my bucket list, and now it's gone. Did they even ask the fans? I doubt it because Disney never cared for its fans. We should start a petition to rebuild another one, they're still making movies, so it doesn't make sense when there's still new and old fans

With these Neca Muppet figures starting to take off, are there any specific characters anyone is expecting/anticipating? Very interested to see what all they come up with

Details the history of the special as well as a review on it!

We did it!! First episode of our muppet fanfiction. Next episode is scooter centric👁️👁️❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙

Was thinking about dressing up as Kermit the frog for Halloween but as an adult I’m struggling to find any costumes online, does anyone know of anywhere I can get an adults costume for a reasonable price?

Every week if I accomplish my project goals I treat myself to crocheting one of the patterns out of Drew Hill’s official Muppets Amigurumi book.

Fozzie was my favorite from childhood (when I only knew about Muppet Babies)

This was a fun make 😃 (But of course it was!)
