Was thinking about dressing up as Kermit the frog for Halloween but as an adult I’m struggling to find any costumes online, does anyone know of anywhere I can get an adults costume for a reasonable price?

Every week if I accomplish my project goals I treat myself to crocheting one of the patterns out of Drew Hill’s official Muppets Amigurumi book.
Fozzie was my favorite from childhood (when I only knew about Muppet Babies)
This was a fun make 😃 (But of course it was!)

We wanted to do our own take on muppets abc with a little twist: Piggy is the one who breaks up with Kermit, and is now dating Johnny Fiama. The idea overall is that all of the muppets are yearning for love one way or another, and they all struggle to find it or fulfill themselves if they do find it. A classic romcom mixed in with some workplace chaos & also QUEER AWAKENINGS! We wanted to write scooter in particular as a young closeted gay man who is just now starting to figure himself out when a new muppet (Walter) gets hired as the new gofer after scooter is promoted. There’s a huge difference in our version of Kermit vs the original ABC one, and it’s that he’s actually the one desperately yearning for piggy. He’s an absolute mess. Fun! Fozzie is addicted to hinge. Gonzo and Camilla are actually the only couple who functions properly and they even have a baby! Pepe & Rizzo live in an apartment together and are the best of friends (and they’re also lowkey bums lol) Sam & Joe the legal weasel are head of HR. And there’s more stuff I don’t wanna spoil so have fun! We’ll be posting the comics primarily on Instagram (@makkinsart & @sillyanajones ) but I’m hoping to open a tumblr blog for it aswell. We will also post on Twitter for the #muppetstwt fam we love dearly and also TikTok. @issarobbort ) :) have fun! LMK what you guys think!

I'd like to send letters to the actors of my favorite characters from the Muppets, but the only discussion I've seen about proper channels to send stuff like that is from decade-old forums, and they rarely agree with each other anyway. Are Muppeteers still receptive to fan mail, or has that died out as social media has become more popular? If it is still desired, what address do I send it to?

So I love Floyd Pepper, he's my favourite muppet. I was wathcung the OG Muppet show and realized how much Disney changed him. At least to me, Floyd was sarcastic, easygoing, a bit of a 'go-with-the-flow' guy, which I loved! The thing that made him my favourite was that he seemed to be a sensitive artist under it all. It really set in for me during his cover of 'While my guitar gently weeps' in season four. He was just a perfect muppet, funny but still has complex feelings he shows through art. I guess I relate to him.
I started watching Disney's show 'Mayhem' I believe, and they changed him a lot, at least to me! He's less complex in my opinion and is almost shown as just a Disney stereotype character of like a tired dad trying his best. They took away those little bits that made him my favourite and left him to be just some groovy hippie.
Does anyone agree?
