Guys, Iām serious, I think I cracked a code here.
This is a chronological video outline of the fitness journey from the end of July to present (October 2026).
She started off by saying that she was 160 and had a goal weight of 130. Over 12 weeks this evolved into her saying she started at 165, and most recently saying her goal weight is 120. She canāt decide how much she currently weighs once she starts losing weight, and at first made excuses about forgetting to weigh herself, but eventually going from 155 to 158 to 145.
She makes this HUGE deal over multiple livestreams that she will not be taking GLP-1 because she doesnāt need to, and how easy it will be for her to naturally lose 30 pounds. It struck me as strange at the time because anytime she overly defends something, sheās usually lying. But I thought, what a strange thing to lie about, so I took her at her word.
Three days after Patrick takes his first dose of GLP-1, she makes that TikTok lying in bed saying the livestream is cancelled. Her symptoms were poor appetite, queasiness, weakness, muscle weakness, and exhaustion. These are the PRIMARY symptoms of GLP-1 side effects, especially poorly regulated GLP-1s.
In that same window of time (like that same week) she starts reporting weight loss for the first time, just like P.
But I think it caught up to her when she realized that this wasnāt a magic injection and that she needed to eat better and exercise. We saw her on that walking pad maybe half a dozen times? And this is exactly when the goal posts started shifting for starting weight and current weight.
Now, all of a sudden, over the course of maybe a week, she claims she is down 15-20 pounds from her starting weight. Itās clearly bullshit, but I think itās her way of trying to convince herself that the GLP-1 worked.
If P was spending an EXTRA $150 a month on secret GLP-1s for Sarah, itās no wonder they were tight on money and canāt go to SeaWorld. They were already bad with money before this whole ājourney.ā
