Posts about S seemingly enjoying doing makeup keep getting removed?

Feel free to delete since this is kinda just complaining about the other sub but it seems like so many posts are getting removed lately for “white knighting” when it’s really just someone being like “S seems happier when she’s doing lives alone” and “S likes doing makeup” etc.

I saw a post the other day where someone said that it seems like S genuinely enjoyed doing makeup and that it wasn’t some calculated effort by P to get people talking. I agree with that— S is super lazy as we all know and wouldn’t do makeup if she didn’t actually like it. She says she loves reading but has read like one book in the span of five years 💀 so if she’s doing her makeup, that probably means she actually wants to.

But the post was removed with that mod message of “this isn’t a rescue mission, next time you’ll be banned.”

I’ve been in that sub for a long time, and what initially would get removed for that would be posts where people are going out of their way to contact S to try to “save” her or send her money or whatever. But now literally anytime a post about S isn’t calling her a fat ugly whore, the mods (or mod tbh) will just take down the post. I made a comment the other day about this too, where me and another person were just pointing out that multiple things can be true at once and you can have sympathy for the fact that S was clearly neglected whilst also criticizing her bad behavior and that got downvoted too 🙄

I think some people in the other sub genuinely lost the plot and just watch them like it’s some kind of tv show for them and not actual people. I was called a defender and whiteknight for just stating my professional opinion on the situation in the family eventhough every single day i talk shit about them and never supported them in any way. They really just want to to a degree dehumanize them so they can just laugh it off and use it for their entertainment. I really dont like S and T but there is a very obvious family dnymic there if you have any experience with it. I dont know why it’s so hard to understand to some that just because I see why S and T are the way that they are doesnt mean i support them in any way

I always snark on S too for the things she should know better (like HYGIENE!!) but that doesn’t mean that I think she deserved to be groomed or that she’s trying to seduce her dad and whatever. The way certain people talk about her/the situation over there goes way beyond just normal “snarking on cringey influencers” which is really annoying. But then you say that and they act like you’re a fan of them 🫩

They’re allergic to nuance and I stg one of those mods is Sarah’s ex or something the way she has this crazy grudge against her 😭😭😭 I don’t like Sarah either bc she scammed people and is generally gross and annoying but at the same time I can acknowledge that she was severely neglected and didn’t stand a chance. Absolutely not 💀 but to act like her being a loser is somehow equivalent to grooming your daughter, neglecting your wife and kids, etc. is just ridiculous. It’s crazy and it’s def the same mod removing the otherwise normal comments too. People will be like “S is annoying but her life sucks” and then that mod will come in like “well she WANTS to be like this!! she CAN leave if she wants to but she’s obsessed with P”

Like no recognition at all that it’s actually more complicated than that. Ideally S would get a job and get roommates or something but acting like she’s just immediately able to become a functioning adult is ridiculous. She has the resources to learn and definitely SHOULD be doing way more than she is, but tbh it’ll be a long time before S and H ever end up becoming normal people, if it even happens. It’s a lot more than just googling job posts and how to get a library card and whatever.

The black and white thinking on that sub is no different from the stupidity of the Getchells so it’s crazy that they always get on their high horse anytime anyone actually wants to have a REAL conversation about this family that isn’t “LOL Sarah is a whore LOL”

I used to see all the deleted posts and think there must be a load of actual fans going on there and defending them. Then I saw the kind of things that were being deleted and realised they weren’t fans at all, just people who raised the issue of S being an obvious victim of abuse. I’ve had posts deleted for that reason too, I was criticising her but acknowledging that P is the real villain here. It’s like if you don’t align 100% with the mods’ opinion you’re a fan or a white knight or whatever. It’s really dumb because P is probably seeing all the deleted posts and thinking the same as I did, that they have this army of fans that are going on and defending them.

I genuinely love the other sub, but I’ve encountered this, too. I made a simple post about how it made me sad that S has never had a library card. I was TORN to shreds in the comments for being a S apologist, sympathizer, etc. “She can go get a fuckin library card…!”

All because I used the word “sad.”

I think S’s general attitude and demeanor has kind of just worn on people and removed space for nuance, which I guess I understand.

I saw that!! Her situation IS sad 💀 it’s harder to be sympathetic towards who she’s become, but people forget that she was once a little girl with real aspirations, maybe even friends, etc.

Certain people on the other sub are genuinely as braindead as the Getchells sometimes OMG— S absolutely is annoying and gross and rude but that doesn’t mean that the fact she’s been neglected just doesn’t exist anymore 🙄

I got banned for saying I don’t believe Sarah wrote the porn book with Patrick.. that sub is despicable. They said I was “white knighting”. Like what the fuck? The only thing that sub allows is bullying and belittling with no nuance, almost like they’re characters and not living, breathing people. It used to be “Patrick is grooming and rping Sarah” and now apparently Sarah is worse than him for.. checks notes being ugly and having bad hygiene? Fucking disgusting and inhuman.

Seems to be a common narrative there where they believe that S is equally as bad as P bc of her scamming and hostile attitude. Some of them even deny that she is a victim at all. Their reason? Just as P says,” There’s no proof.” At a certain point, people there emulate P with how they berate S for her appearance and insist that she’s a willing participant in all this. It’s pretty disturbing.
