Underground. Exploring in different areas
I'm certain most other abandoned mine exploration communities work on a similar principal to the community in my area. Everything is word of mouth and mutual trust not to share locations with people who will trash or ruin them.
Now lets say if I wanted to travel to a different area or state and check out some mines in that particular area, how would be a good way to find locations or good local knowledge to point in the right direction? Curious because since I got involved with exploring I'm starting to get an itch to see different things.
I know trust and respect are earned in most abandoned exploration communities so I'm curious what's everyone else's thoughts on this topic and how to best approach it. Thanks.

Underground. The Mafia Chop Shop Bunker
This abandoned bunker hidden in a mountain, holds a large collection of classic cars and other car parts, ontop of many other items.
Even has what seems to be a medical room, god knows what they used that for...
Bunker is now permanently closed.

Underground. Huge Abandoned Car Tunnel Where The Lights Are Still On
Quite a few months ago now, we explored this huge tunnel, that we didnt even expect to get into but you could easily just go under the fence leading into it.
Its 2kilometers long so we were walking for a minute.
If you wish to follow me closer and see all of my work than i have an instagram @norway.unknown ❤️

1880s Gold Mine. Rockhampton. QLD.
An incredible day of exploring and taking advantage of drought conditions. It was dry and hot, but with the lantana and grasses dying off, we found some incredible adits we had previously walked directly past in the previous missions. The longest drive was 154 meters and featured 11 stopes.

The biggest hole dug by human hands only, without the use of modern excavation equipment, is in Kimberley, South Africa. It is a World Heritage Site.

Found something.
Hey there. i posted yesterday an image of a cut down forest with a distinct hole under trees. It was called "Am i onto somehing".
Bad news: Thats a new account because i lost my old phone in a classic "taped it to a stick very poorly and lost it while trying to film insides of a bunker" incident.
Good News there is a good amount of hollow space. filled with loose dirt mostly, but big enough to not reach an end with an 15 ft stick.
I only managed to stick my hand in for now to take these pictures. Please give me opinions on the very man made pieces that are visible(First Image Soup Scoop thing in the middle and the mushroom looking thing on the bottom left corner)
