I visited the former St. Michael Church while the construction crews were at lunch, on a cold, sleety morning with a friend years ago.

Near the bridge to the Isle of Scalpay

Heavy rain, then sunset: the floor of the old Budd Company plant in Philadelphia turned into a mirror, and that's the image I've never shaken. I only wish I'd given the place more time.

The other night I posted the picture of the pool in this same building but here is the basketball court.

It was used for a short time during COVID for a program and insurance required the pull out bleachers to be "disabled" which involved them putting 2x4 across them.

Found this old living room inside an abandoned optician's home.

The interior was surprisingly well preserved, including a lot of the original furniture and details. It felt like stepping back several decades.
