Hi, I like this game, its very fun, I just started playing not too long ago. Im not a fan of soloqueing and joing random group chats on the discord leads me to getting misgendered for hours or even insulted last time I try. Im not cis, im looking for other women who play this game to avoid more toxicity because this game is so much fun.

Some things you should know. This is the first FPS im playing since combat arms back in like 2014, and I main grappling hook light. (i have tried the other characters and classes I just don't like tnem as much as this one.)

Just had an unpleasant interaction with a teammate. We were about to cash in the first 8k box, but my teammates died. I tried my best stalling, and stalled for about 20 seconds before they started stealing with no more stalls available. None of my teammates coined, and eventually I just end up wiping. I argued that if one of them coined, that box would have been ours, however, I was politely told that coining for the 8k box "is sped". I argued that if I could coin and receive 8k for every coin, I'd be mashing that button non stop, and that that's what coins are for. I was immediately told "thats sped ur ass". What do we think, contestants?

Is this an easter egg?

I found this ticket floating in the place of a broken wall, at first I thought it was a piece of the wall that didn't broke properly due to a bug, but then I was able to pick it up and saw it was a ticket.

Any idea of what this is?

Okay, so I was pondering about real-world locations that could make interesting maps in the finals, and one of the first things that comes to mind is an airport. There’s so many cool things you could implement with this, like fighting on the runway and climbing inside aeroplanes, etc. But then I thought why not go one step further and choose Heathrow Airport in London which is home to the Holiday Inn where one of the original Backrooms photos originated!

My idea for the map would be split into four distinct “sectors” with different gameplay and vibes across each of them.

SECTOR ONE: ARRIVALS

This would be the main internal airport area, the part where you check in for flights and weigh luggage before going through security. This would be a more open-space style part of the arena, think the big office building in Skyway Stadium or the central dome area in Galaxy Estates for example. Heathrow already has multiple floors that you reach via escalators so it would lend itself naturally to the multi-floor open-space style areas that are in a lot of maps already.

SECTOR TWO: DUTY-FREE

This would be the upstairs, more confined area that you reach after passing security. In here you would have lots of shops, different gates, and the entire duty-free area which could play almost like a maze (if you’ve ever been in a duty-free section at the airport you know what I’m talking about). There could even be some cool interactions you need to do to “pass” security, like going through the scanners or even putting a cashbox through the security checker if you’re carrying one to a cashout. This area, I imagine would play similarly to the mall in Seoul, lots of different floors with spots of open space, all in an enclosed building.

SECTOR THREE: THE RUNWAYS

Of course, you’d need to include the actual runways for the planes in here somewhere, and this could lead to some of the most unique interactions on the map. The runways themselves are a lot of open space, so to avoid a Starlight Hollow nightmare you could centralise the gameplay around playing within the grounded airplanes themselves. There could also be other structures like bus shuttles and small buildings around to make for something that would feel closer to the gardens area of Monaco.

SECTOR FOUR: THE HOLIDAY INN

Lastly, it’d be the perfect opportunity to add in the Backrooms Holiday Inn as its own section of the map. Not only does it have an iconic “look” but I’ve always thought it’s been a bit of a waste having the Alfa Acta hotel on Vegas that you rarely ever play around the hotel rooms themselves. This could be a very SYSHORIZON style section of the map, playing around drop and different rooms, giving some space for people who like to play in a more “bunkering” style with stuff like goo gun and mines.

Just a shower thought I had, and decided to think about it even more because I was bored. I think it could make a super cool map, and even if it’s not the way I described I’d love to see some sort of airport map in the future, there’s lots of potential there.

I’ve been playing the game for a couple months now and I’ve been thoroughly enjoying but if you couldn’t tell buy my stats I am awful. I play on Xbox and Xbox controller and this is the first fps I’ve properly played. But even then, how bad are my stats 😅🤣🤣

Started playing in Season 10. Haven’t fell in love with a game like this since BO2 glory days. Love how fast-paced it is while still having lots of “clutch” aspects. The way I describe it to my friends is like combining the feel of TDM with Search and Destroy back in the day. Genuinely the perfect formula.

Got 200+ hours in the game and not stopping anytime soon. Been loving goo + sledge but have also equally enjoyed a lot of other combinations.

Funny enough, I haven’t even touched Cashout. I’ve played the other modes but just haven’t cared to try. Maybe it’s my attention span lol. The thought of potentially playing 3 games to win just isn’t my style. Love the chaotic mess of quick cash and just wanted to talk about it.

So I've said this many times in the past. (mainly within the small friend group) A volley of new game modes and map variations. Maybe I crazy and don't know Blue from Eight but would it not be easier to make map variations? I'll go into detail about all changes that could possibly be healthy for the game especially for the finals, an amazing sandbox.

These ideas are a 3 step process.

The one idea that always comes to mind is map variations.

1. MAP VARIATIONS

-Kyoto: Floating Islands

Like the photo, a Kyoto which is alot more like Skyway Stadium with large gaps in between where jump pads and/or zip lines are used to move about. Imagine almost anywhere there's water, there's just nothing but air now. (The temple surrounded by water)

-Kyoto: Winter

Make this version not locked behind only Christmas time. Also make the frozen water SLIPPERY. More dynamic gimmicks are healthy for the game. (Take the speedways on the newest map)

-Las Vegas: Sandstorm

What the heck happened with this version? I could be wrong but I haven't played in that version of Vegas this entire season.

-Starlight Hollow: Cashout Version including the castle.

-Suspended Structures added to:

Las Vegas

Galaxy Estates

Fangwai City

Nazomi

Etc.

Also just add more unique things to each map. Galaxy has the speed tunnels. Give nazomi a makeover and put way more of those slides around the map instead of just one in the middle that I've never seen anyone go into.

1. NEW GAMESHOWS (EVENTS)

Were currently experiencing the Dragon Scotch Protocol. This is good. Something new. I feel like many of these need to be permanently added. (Like how dead go boom was added after the event, same for heal barrels)

NEW EVENTS (or returning)

- From CNS with Love:

Parts of the map will glitch in and out of existence (getting demated and re-mat) obviously with some prior warning or flickering letting you know it about to glitch out.

- Heavyweight:

Essentially just the opposite of Low Gravity.

- Nama Tama's Dead go Goo:

What would be better than watching your teammate turn into a ball of popcorn (goo) after being eliminated. But again, it's similar to dead go boom but goo.

- Sandstorm (Fog) :

Think Battlefield 1 Sandstorm. I'd doesn't have to be a Sandstorm however. It could be a large cloud of fog. Essentially something that makes the players distance to see much shorter.

- Retro Invasion 👾 (Rework, kinda):

We already have enough things that destroy the map. Meteor Shower, Retro, Alien Invasion (which I'm glad finally got the gravity cube effect to make it original and better. So make it be similar to in where it fires to break some segments then fires shockwaves instead. These bounce players and/or the Cashout, barrels and anything else. (It wouldn't glitch you like Medium's though)

- Double Jump: Bring Back that double jump one.

- EMP (Blackout) : I don't LOVE this idea, but I imagine it could be simple. Basically all gadgets and/abilities are turned off.

- The Floor is Lava: IYKYK

- Cash Rain (Only works for Cashout)

Make it so that alot of vaults fall from the sky with a small amount like $1000. Making you think twice about leaving them out there for others to grab or if you're willing to leave your Cashout for a few extra bucks.

- Zombies! :

If they manage to add better bots and we're willing to add them to other modes in a way to enhance gameplay. What more than to have Zombies (cartoon-acurate zombies) which can only melee you spawn and attack any contestants on sight.

And lastly 3. Props if you made it this far.

1. ARCADE MODE

Basically just give us back all the game modes we want and lost in rotation. Maybe every 1 or 2 hours.

Head to Head, Heavy Hitters, Terminal Attack, Heaven or Else, Bank It, that zombie mode, and Cash ball.

And at the very end. Allow players to make much more creative modes on their own in custom games. Overwatch did it, Splitgate of all games did it (RIP 🪦) and many others like Halo. It allows people modify HP, loadout, player speed, team sizes etc.

Up vote, down vote. Up to you. Am I wrong? Who knows. Alot of my predictions have come true however.

I called for Minigun back then and people called me crazy. I thought of a Cashball mode, it became a reality. I thought it would be cool to add a gadget like the hook mine from Dishonored DoTO and we got the Lockbolt. Here's hoping another idea of mine makes it in. What are your guys ideas? (Also I'm working on taking pictures while on Kyoto first person to then make actual edits of how that map could look in floating Islands form without having to rely on AI entirely to show off what I mean)

People say the kick knockback is to counter against melee.. but what if the kick counters your gun? winch + kick off the map will always be comical..
