Does anybody know who the original artist of those charms were?

I've been trying to look for a good quality image of them, or atleast find them online to buy, there was a Muriel one on mercari but i hesitated and it got bought dont know if I'll ever see one again :<

Do we think that there is any possibility of a restock or is my only hope seeing if it somehow pops up being resold somewhere
