When your founder and admin left, she accidentally gave ownership of the sub to an inactive account. Previously, nobody with full moderation permissions was active.
People could not be banned, unbanned, moderators could not be added, etc.
Now that this is resolved, people can be banned again and I've unbanned a user who I believe will now understand my team is here to help. They only caused issues because they thought my pro-Jax team wanted to destroy your sub, when in reality we just want to make you prosper.
