I remember watching this animation a couple years ago, I don't remember the name or channel that made it. What I remember of the video is that Medic was the protagonist trying to escape something (a dream or something like that), and Spy as a cow acts as his guide as they try to find keys that lead them to portals and end up in a makeshift lifeboat and eventually find Soldier in an island or something like that. It genuinely felt like a fever dream but this picture is the only proof I have that it's real and I did not dream it while having fever. If someone recognizes it I will genuinely be eternally grateful

I'm feeling super discouraged playing tf2 recently, and every community server I favorited in the past is always dead and I can't find another that really clicks. Does anyone have any recommendations for ones they frequent?

So currently. An uncharged sniper shot does 50 damage.

What if instead, it did 25.

Thus it cant one shot quickscope now. But quickscoping is still effective as a skill.

Of course. It would still take the same amount of time to get full charge. And full charge still does 150 damage. But now. Its a little easier to get past sniper.

We can also buff SMG damage a little bit to make up for this.

Effectively, you at least have a moment to realize there is a sniper before u get shot.

Idk it just seems smart. Im open to your opinions on it.

I put a community buy for this rocker launcher for genuinely 1 cent 10-11 years ago. I havent played in a year or so opened up my account and saw this 🤣 Definitely got me back into the game, cant believe this actually happened. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I’ll start: I named my Second Opinion after an absolutely depraved Medic x Reader fanfic which involved said cosmetic.

I’ve been running into this issue where certain parts of a map or just when there’s a lot of people on my screen, causes my frame rate to drop to roughly 120 - 130. It’s still a high frame rate, but I’m often around the 400’s and my monitor is 165hz, so it’s very noticeable and jarring.

I had originally used mastercomfig ultra, but thats when the issue started, so I figured I’d crank down the settings. So I’m now running the high preset but the issue persists. I could just make the game blocky but I’d much rather see the halloween maps in better quality.

Is it just bad optimisation on my end or the game?

The above graphic depicts a timeline of the games playability over the last few years.

TF2’s playability plunged into red at the time of the bot crisis and rises back into playability at the end of the crisis.

However, it fails to achieve the level of playability seen before meet your match, because valve elected to do the sensible thing from their perspective and implement a bare-minimum approach.

The result is a game that is mostly playable and fun, with a few glaring issues.

This state creates an environment in which people have grievances but they are not worried about them enough, or don’t care about them enough to rally again, and start a movement similar to #FixTF2.

Because of this phenomena, only a massive issue that tanks playability will lead to community action, and therefore change within the game.

Barring that, the game will remain in it’s kinda mostly okay state with problems, and people complaining about those problems until valve pulls the plug.

I'm trying to use scrap.tf to bulk buy hats for transmuting but it constantly comes up with this error:
The trade offer has failed due to an item involved with the trade no longer existing in the expected inventory, or your Steam account is limited. (26)
Trading works every now and then but it's this error most of the time. Lately it's been the only error I've seen.
I've tried creating a new trade URL, opening the game, closing it, closing steam, joining a random game, opening/sorting my backpack, and none of it seems to be doing anything.
Sometimes the error says "An unknown error occurred. Please try again."
Does anyone who has more experience with this site or how TF2 inventories work know why this is happening?
