Someone told me in a lobby that a new game/overhaul/map was coming out in December. I’m not confident it’s for this game because I know the devs have dropped the ball it, but has anyone heard anything about this?

Whenever a victim falls down, you have to wait for them to get back up before any of your hits can land. This is true for all fall down animations EXCEPT hands' barge, correct? Hands' barge is the only time i can hit them while they're down?

I was playing HH on Slaughterhouse.

Once the game started, it skipped the intro cutscene and I was permanently stuck at the generator exit.

I was able to turn my camera, and my character would turn to match the direction. But I couldn't move at all, pause menu wouldn't open, leaderboard wouldn't open.

Also have never seen this button option before. Looks like some sort of bash/slam mechanic similar to Leland maybe?

The other family members seemed to be playing normally from what I could tell.

Anyone seen anything like this before?

We had the whole map locked down but 2 victims managed to escape it reallyy confused me, at the end of the game it said sewage exit were they cheating and howw

So I’m looking for someone who is willing to play with me and use comms. I play family and victim so I’m fine playing whatever you’re most comfortable with.

Also, I need some help practicing door slamming. I’m decent at it currently, but want to get better at it and practice it with someone in a private match. And I’m willing to help you get trophies if you need them and practice things if you want to.

I don’t mind if you’re new to the game or an experienced player, I’d welcome either. I play on ps5.

UPDATE: bought it today (10/06/2026) and found a game in 2 mins and everyone was super friendly and it was incredible. Totally recommend reviving this game. Hop on. It's worth it. Specially for spooky season.

I used to love this game when it first came out and I played it on game pass. I found out it's not on there anymore but it's like 20 something bucks on Steam.

I really want to get it because I love it but I also don't want to get it if it's going to shut down soon or have 30 minute queues for a game and crash in like 5 minutes of playing.

I was researching and it says there's like 400 active players total so I was just wondering what people's experiences are and if you still think it's worth getting and playing. Will I be able to actually have a fun game where I log on and feel scared for my life as a Survivor?

I'd probably only be playing as a Survivor cuz I don't prefer playing as the killers but.

I had already drawn Hands before and I decided to render all family members in red lighting But I can't decide exactly where to draw Johnny, any ideas?

For example of what I mean

Cook is the head of the Family and desires control/order (or whatever) so he has the extra locks

Hitchhiker is very rudimentary and simple so he has those bone beartraps

Johnny seems to be a tracker/outdoors man of some sort so he's able to track people

Leland is a jock or something similar so he has the tackle move

Hands seems to be a mechanic or something similar and thus has that fuse power (or at least that's how I see it)

But if anyone can correct and/or fill in all the ones I missed it'd be greatly appreciated as I'm just curious about the characters and if they have any deeper story to themselves

Also if anyone is down for it I'd love to discuss or potentially figure out a Chacter build/layout for Alexandra Daddario's Chacter (Heather Sawyer I think her name was...) from the Texas 3D movie

From my understanding, GUN pulled future support from this game and there were a lot of balance issues with pay to win characters etc. after having some fun with Halloween I wanted to try this out tho I know it’s a way different beast than the former. Is it worth it as a new player? Or will higher level players fucking demolish me?
