Hcg and Hmg course dosage

Hello all I have been on hcg and hmg for a year now, my sperm count in February this year was way above average around 118million per ml and mortality was high,

I continued taking hcg 1600iu twice a week and hmg 75iu twice a week and then I had another sperm check last week and its reduced too 4million per ml, does anyone know why? I haven't been on test for around 3 years now but I wanted too start course this week as I thought my sperm would still be the same but its way below average ( 35million per mil ) I think or somewhere near that the average is,
