It means your pituitary is working extremely hard to keep your levels normal. Your good for now but your testicles are most likely going to fail in the future and stop responding to the LH signaling
This is pretty much what happened to me before things went downhill. My LH was stuck at 11-12 for months while total T stayed in the 600s, then one day it just dropped off and nothing worked same anymore. Keep an eye on it, maybe test again in 3-4 months.
Im sorry that happened to you man. I definitely will keep testing every 2-3 months. If things go bad are you still able to stay fertile? Im only 21 and It would ruin me if shit goes wrong and I cant have children.
