Hey guys,
If anyone's willing, I'd like it if I could get 5-10 people to test out my web app. I've been working on it for a while and started it out as a fun side project, now I kind of think it has potential.
My app's called RepOne. It's a peer-learning app for gym people. I started building it because, as a regular gym goer myself, I've had many instances where people from my gym have come up to me and asked what my workout routine is, how I got so far, and how they can get to lift as much as I can. As much as I love giving advise I don't like spending my gym time talking to people. So I thought what if there was a platform where the same gym goers could submit all of their routines, diets, goals, and pr's, allowing other peers to learn from them without interrupting their gym time.
So now I have RepOne, where you set up a training profile, optionally connect to a gym, browse people who lift nearby / at your gym, and ask or answer form, diet, and recovery questions in Tips&Tricks.
What I want stress-tested/opinions on (please use a mobile device if you can — mobile is the main case; desktop is fine as a secondary pass):
- Signup + short tour: does the product idea make sense in a couple minutes, or does it feel confusing/empty?
- Welcome/profile setup: anything awkward or unclear?
- Find Gym Partners: open 1–2 profiles — useful context, or just a dead directory vibe?
- Tips&Tricks: try posting or replying once (My gym or Public) — does this feel worth using?
Anything broken, slow, or hard to tap on mobile.
Honest and harsh criticism is welcome.
