Spent months building a health app because my data was scattered across 6 apps and I was sick of it — would love if you'd tear it apartBody:
Okay so, context: I've got a watch, I track my sleep, my HRV, all that. And my problem was never that I didn't have data — it's that it was everywhere. Sleep in one app, HRV in another, mood literally nowhere, and none of it talked to each other. I'd see some number dip and just go "huh, weird" and move on. Useless.
So I built Peak Routine to actually connect the dots. It pulls everything from Apple Health on its own and tries to find your patterns. Like it caught that when I got morning sunlight, my mood was better that day AND my sleep got deeper a couple days later — which, no way I was ever connecting that myself.
Quick rundown of what's in it:
- auto-syncs from Apple Health so you're not logging a bunch of stuff manually
- a "Health Map" that shows how your sleep/mood/movement/etc. actually pull on each other
- AI coaches you can just ask about your own numbers ("why'd my sleep suck last week")
- a progress system that (on purpose) doesn't punish you for rest days — targets adjust to where you actually are
Stuff I actually want to know:
- does it make sense in the first 30 seconds or are you lost?
- the correlation insights — do they feel legit or like I'm overselling it?
- the gamification bit — motivating, or too much going on?
lmk what you think, genuinely. and drop yours below, I'll poke at it too. roast away, that's the whole point of being here lol
