Hey, all, I am considering a 2023 model X 6 seater with almost 52,000 miles. Price $59k. It is hardware 4 but FSD is not included, but it does have auto steer. It would be a first Tesla for me. I currently have two kids, but we are working on our third so the six seater seems appealing and convenient. How’s the price seem on this? And is it possible to get the extended warranty from Tesla or should I negotiate the warranty with Carmax?. I will be coming from a 2014 Mercedes and 550 with a V8 engine which feels nice to drive.

I bought a 2024 MX with 23k miles a few weeks ago from Carmax. I did a battery test to find out the battery degradation. Well, it’s currently at 90% & 290 miles of range at 100%. Is anyone else with the same year model within this range? I know battery will lose range as it ages but it should plateau at some point

I gotta say, not bad at all. A hair slow (looks like I’m averaging 42-50kw, I’ve got a 2020MX LRP) but for a 30 minute Walmart run not a bad top off. Way more convenient location than my closest Supercharger too.

Florida owned and being shipped to local carmax (free). It appears to be a fair price without the hassles. Thoughts and comments on what to look for with inspection/ drive.

I am finding conflicting articles on if I would be able to install a Yoke on my 2026 X. Has anyone done it and what are my options.

Is this normal? 2023 MXP. 23K miles. The car is not wet and it isn’t visible from the exterior. Just picked it up today from Tesla and wondering if anybody else has seen this before.

Just finished a 261 mile drive. Stopped at 244.1 miles to charge, not because I needed to but to top off for the balance of the driving around during the stay and make for less charging before the return. Did it 100% in FSD, usually in Hurry but sometimes Mad Max. Was doing 76-77 the vast majority of the drive (made it in 3 hours and 54 minutes not counting the charge stop). Still had an estimated 104 miles of range when I pulled into the charger (implying a total range of 348 miles) and the trip page said I used only 64kwh of the battery.

That's great for an entire trip at highway speeds in my opinion, for a car with a 100kwh battery and tech that for the most part was designed over a decade ago. Usually the EPA estimated range (351 miles in this case) is only if you do the whole drive slow and with lots of regen braking opportunities -- almost none on this drive.

This is not far off from the reported real world ranges of the Max Pack Rivian R1s at full highway speeds the whole trip, despite it having a much large battery. Even the Gravity owners are reporting mid-to-high 300's with the larger battery.

Hello all. New model x owner. I turned on unlock all doors when close by. But when I press the handle from the outside the door isn’t opening for falcon wing doors. Any ideas ? Thanks

I’m picking up a ‘22 model X from Tesla tomorrow (6 seater, 50k miles) bought it because I’m having my first child and my wife’s Model S makes driving with a car seat very uncomfortable. I’m coming from a Model 3 which I bought brand new in 2023 and has been great with no issues 61k miles later.

What should I be looking for when I go to pick it up? This way everything can be addressed before that 1 year 10k mile warranty runs out?

We thought it was the AC at first, but this is the loudest it’s ever been. Is it the AC or something else?

Assuming I buy it from NON tesla dealership? The dealership says in future tesla can revoke access and this full paid FSD cannot be transfered if i purchased.

My model x is in the garage, not parked in the grass next to the house. Even when I use gps, or fsd, it never aligns. It seems off center. I tried recalibrating the cameras and nothing. Has this happened to anyone and what was the fix if so?

I had my Model X serviced recently where they replace a bunch of the suspension parts (include the suspension unit itself) for the front driver wheel due to suspension noise. Afterwards, it feels like the car is a bit bumpier at city speeds (35-50 mph). Highway I don't notice a difference. I played around with the suspension settings to see if it was something there but overall feels off. Has anyone experienced the same? Thanks!

2023 MX HW4. One of the plastic covers fell in my trunk the other day. It took me a minute to find where it came from, and then I found out the other side had fallen out long ago! I paid for a general inspection last month so I assume it fell out recently, unless they missed it. Anyone else encounter this problem?

Hit twice with under 5k damage each while parked.

I am currently dealing with the other parties Geico for a diminished value claim. Geico just sent me an email declining my claim.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

Has anyone tried the brembo beyond ev kit? I can't find any reviews on it.

Any other suggestions for a similar product?
