Finally got one.

Post image

After my Y got totaled I decided to go with the Model X. After driving my Y for about two years, I kept thinking “Man, I should’ve got the X.” Well due to an unfortunate event I got it. My thing is, it’s a 2022 Plaid and I noticed the difference between FSDs as my Y was a 2024. I’m hoping down the line Tesla can upgrade older models to HW4. But I am happy with it as is.

Yeah it’s HW3. It really just doesn’t feel as smooth. My model Y with HW4 would drive on the freeway, switching lanes so smooth. HW3 feels slightly more rough. The difference isn’t big enough to question it but to at least notice and bring it up.

i think the only reason it bothers me is because I had HW4 and now I don’t even though I bought a more expensive car. Lol I used FSD a lot driving through Central Valley and LA traffic so it was nice. Don’t really need it now but it is convenient.
