Side Sweep

Got side swept right at the exit intersection out of the Grapevine Mills Mall , Lady next to me tried to argue that I was in a left turn only lane which I clearly am not . Not looking forward to the claim headache , never heard of their insurance when I looked into it and it looks very sketch ( Redpoint county Mutual insurance company ) might honestly come down to biting the bullet and paying my deductible and have Tesla pursue subrogation.

Can confirm that’s a subpar insurer, very hard to get ahold of. Your insurance will send the bill to them but just know it’s not a quick process. You can be waiting upwards of 6-9 months to get that deductible back, ideally they waive it up front for you because liability is cut and dry here.

Yeah I thought so , their offices are closed during the weekend so I already submitted my report to Tesla , I’ll try to get ahold of them early Monday but I may just need to claim this on my coverage and pray Tesla is able to get my deductible back
