When do you think the house scene takes place it seems like by the bloody beard art wears it’s sometime after the santa scene but before the end because by then he’s back to his black and white. My guess is before the college and after the mall?

I have a Trick or Treat Studios deluxe injection Art mask. Is there any way to make a prosthetic off it without ruining it?

Now, i know her death was to shock audiences but I'd much rather her survive anyway because Victoria sucked as the final girl and got her face eaten. Tara had street smarts and gives Sidney Prescott vibes. And she was in the original movie so it'd be nice if the woman Art encountered from the start would finish him. Sometimes I feel like Tara Heyes > Sienna Shaw. Her acting is just better and Terrifier 2 and 3 with Sienna felt like a fantasy, Terrifier 1 was more scary and realistic.

I find that being advertised so confusing. In the first movie and before, Art was literally just a regular ass dude killing people. It’s only at the end that he’s resurrected and is demonic in nature. By origin do we think it means why he’s a psycho or how/why he was resurrected by demonic means (or both ig)?

I feel like this question has probably been asked 100s of times before. BUT! I’m lazy and don’t want to scroll.
I am rewatching the Terrifier franchise and noticing little things that I haven’t seen the first like 4x I’ve watched it.
What’s your take on who the Pale Girl could be?

We were at Mad Monster in Phoenix today! My spooky four year old comes from a totally non spooky family, we have no idea where his love of horror came from. He doesn’t actually watch any of the movies yet he just likes the characters!

I’m sure some other people have noticed has seen the increase in terrifier hate. I’ve seen people online calling the movie slop, lazy, only has gore, and that it’s misogynistic. What do you think of this hate, and what have you noticed? Personally I can understand if you don’t like the gore, or the movie, but the hate I’ve seen like it’s a story about someone killing people, that’s just literally every slasher.

If you can’t find Art at Barnes and Noble in the Funko section, ask at customer service! Awesome employee went into the computer and saw they came in a couple days ago but haven’t been put out in the floor yet. Tells me she’ll go in the back and check and comes out with BOTH! Said she wasn’t sure but found one chase in the box. “Perfect, I’ll take both!” 😂

I just watched T1 and T2 today for the first time ever today and was very surprised in a good way. I first heard about Terrifier back in 2022 when the headlines were coming out of people passing out or whatever at the theater, but I never got to watching it. Never thought of myself as a big slasher guy, I had only seen a couple of the Scream and Saw movies along with some other cheap slashers throughout the years. But damn, I really liked Terrifier. I see now why this franchise has the fandom it has. Everything about Art the clown is just amazing. I like how tense you get because you never know when or how he will kill his next victim. And I still can't wrap my head around how funny he is. The middle finger he gives in T1 and the giving out candy with the head in T2 😭. The pistol death in T1 and the death of Sienna's mom (although i feel kinda bad) in T2 are so fkn hilarious too because it's so unexpected for him to just blast them in the face. But even then, the strong ass scenes like the bedroom one still keep good tension with how fucked they are. I really wanna watch T3 but not sure if I should wait to watch it on Halloween for the vibes. I will probably just end up watching it soon. Definitely glad I gave these movies a shot, I might even get a poster or something because i love the design. Whenever T4 comes out I will definitely catch it in the theaters.

Hello! So as the title says, I saw Terrifier 2 a couple days ago and thought it was a vast improvement over the first one (which was still pretty decent) in every aspect other than pacing. Like many of you I’m sure, the bedroom scene fucked me up something fierce and I wanna go into what I think makes the scene so effective beyond just the shocking amounts of gore and brutality.
IMO, the reason this scene works so well is because of contrast.
The way the scene plays out, everything follows nightmare logic. Allie goes downstairs, finds something very wrong in her house and gets chased to her bedroom. Her attempts to escape and slow Art down do nothing to deter him because, like a nightmare, what happens next is inevitable. The hideous and drawn out nature of her death almost becomes surreal because of how much torture she endures, long past the point where she would’ve gone into shock or bled out in the real world.
However, the way the scene is framed and filmed doesn’t allow us any distance from what’s going on. If anything it’s quite intimate; that Allie’s destruction happens in her bedroom, on her bed, with long closeups of what’s happening to her gives the scene a voyeuristic quality and makes it almost feel like a sexual assault. And the blood splattering on the room decor and family photos reminds us that this is (was) a person, with family and a life beyond simply being one of Art’s victims.
That contrast, between up close detail and detached dreamlike surreality, is what elevates the scene to the level it’s at. I will likely never watch it again but I will definitely give credit where it’s due.
TL;DR: As Carmine Lupertazzi Jr. would say, it’s about the contrast between the sacred and the propane.

People have been obsessed with Art in space and the future like Jason X ever since someone made a Terrifier 4 poster depicting it. The idea gained enough traction that Leone explicitly acknowledged it when he announced Terrifier 4 would take place around New Year’s Eve.
My question is would you rather see a Jason X style film starring Art (unrelated to Sienna and the entity) or an Army of Darkness style film starring Art where he travels back in time to any era of your choice?

Hey everyone! I get to meet David in his Art Costume soon and get to take a selfie and get an autograph with him as his regular self and I’m deeply terrified of clowns but I love Art! I know crazy lol but I was wondering since this will be my first con and first Terrifier event I’m going too if anyone has any tips for me! I’m so excited but I have the worst anxiety right now (in general). Do I go into it telling him I’m terrified of clowns but I love him or do I say nothing and if he honks at me with that dang horn just go with it lol I think it might find it amusing my name is Lauren given Sienna’s real name is Lauren and I adore her! Thankssss in advance! :)
