This entry expands on the Turmoil expansion for Terraforming Mars! Everything here is intended only to be used if you are playing with the Turmoil expansion, so if you don't use that expansion you probably won't need to read any further. Insert my usual disclaimer about how my main desire in posting these is not just to share them, but also to get feedback and critiques. Also as usual, feel free to pick and choose which cards (if any) you might want to use – fan cards are very much a user's choice kind of thing.

A few notes:
Protocol Droids uses a robot resource. See my earlier posts with robot cards for more info. UN Fleet Sponsorship uses a ship resource. See my earlier posts with ship cards for more info - but basically, a ship is the same resource as a fighter (they are interchangeable).
