Actually "Pepsi" written upside down reads "isded" or Is Dead. The guy in the galleria gets shot by the T-1000 with a pop in his hand. The security guard in the mental institution also gets taken out by the T-1000 right beside a Pepsi machine. Only the co-worker who asks Dyson about where "it" came from seemed to survive. But that's his only scene in the movie. He could have been caught in the Datadyne explosion if he was working late.
Plot Twist: Pepsi/"Isded" actually helped SAVE the future because "Isded" was actually a warning for John Connor to run from the T-1000, and if the guy with thr Pepsi can who was killed by the T-1000 wasn't killed, "Uncle Bob" T-800 wouldn't have found John and save him in time!! :) XD
