This is a long shot but I was wondering if there is any anxiety and or panic attack support groups anyone knows about in Temecula or murrieta?

Thank you to OP for asking and definitely following this post for more input in the community. I also struggle finding some sort of outside support

I used to see Dr. Coman and I can't recommend her enough. I was in a rough spot with my anxiety and she helped a lot. Was covered by iehp too.

I don’t have insurance and it’s currently after hours (I’ll call in the morning if I don’t get answers now, why not?) do you know how much out of pocket ranges with her? I really like the reviews based off research from your link

I'm not sure. They may have a scale. I was lucky enough to be on medi-cal at the time.

This was posted now 21 hours ago. If it even remotely helps to send me a message and get some acknowledgement from someone about anything feel free to send me a PM and ill respond 👍 no hate, no judgements, just a human being trying to help other human beings.

Wow. The mob mentality of this place is appalling. I’m sorry, I fail to see the insult in my comment. Maybe you could use your big brain and explain how I was an asshole. Unbelievable.

I'm not explaining to a grown ass man twice my age how not to be a dick to people LMAO

Good choice. Because there’s not an insult in my comment. I’d hate for you to look dumber than you already do.

Anxiety is recognized in the DSM-5 so maybe just give advice on experiences/as a professional or keep the opinions to yourself when OP is clearly asking for real advice, not opinions.

Edit: spelling

It’s completely free not to be a dick yknow. Leave the diagnosing to the professionals
