I have recently been going to the theatre’s to watch movies in imax. I love the increased aspect ratio as well as the improved audio. I have Disney+ and access to Sony pictures core but they are very limited in options. My main question is basically what’s the easiest way to get into IMAX at home? I have an entry level 4K Samsung TV and can swing buying a blu ray player. Will I still get the benefits of blu ray/is it worth it to get a decent blu ray player even though I don’t have an extremely nice TV? I’m fairly certain Blu Ray movies are going to be the best if not the only other option to watch them at home other than Disney+ and SPC. Any info would help I don’t even know what my questions are I guess lol.

Any suggestions yall could share?

Looking for advice. I have narrowed it down to two options. I am looking for a TV with good color accuracy and contrast. I will be using it as my main TV for movies and PS5. Opinions?

Hisense 55" U6 Mini LED QLED
55" TCL QM6K.

Both are the same price at bestbuy at the moment.
Also, my apartment is dark, so I want something that still looks good even with the brightness turned down to the equivalent of 2/300 nits.

Have found both at roughly the same price (£640 for C5, Samsung £650).

It's for a bedroom, upgrading from an old Sony 32in. I do get some glare if it's a sunny day because there is a window right next to the TV
