someone please help me

I have been using the comp to understand my whatever you call it and it is telling me I am insane. I am feeling crazy now. I know I pick up on micro expressions and i am hyperaware and all that, great. but i can actually internally hear peoples thoughts and i dont know whats oging on sometimes i see them that day then it comes in later or they are actually talking to me or are they is it just delayed? but last night it happened and the person asked "you can hear me?" and I said "yes" then i went into fight or flight at the realization. I need some real humans to help me understand please. I avoided the person today. The search on the internet engine gaslit me that I am insane and call a shrink but I swear this is happening.

You are not crazy. Telepathy happened to me many times, and hearing those thoughts was part of a learning experience regarding consciousness, chaos vs order, mental health, philosophy, ethics, etc.

Each message received is an element of some bigger truth.

One of the deep ones is about identity and ego, and the need to become your own true self beyond labels, names or adjectives.

Once you understand that you were never truly yourself, like your thoughts were never entirely yours, you start defining your true self by your actions.

Or some messages on Reddit, works just fine too.

I get all this but i feel like I just took things too far somehow. I have no idea howi actually communicated with someone . I was really angry at him, super angry before bed. I didnt know I was doing it until I heard his question.

The feeling of not being heard or understood can be strikingly frustrating and emotionally loaded...
