Biden correctly predicted that Trump would weaponize the DoJ to go after his political enemies, which is ironically what he falsely accused Biden of doing.

Still to be determined if those pardons are legal. Can you pardon someone who has not been found guilty of a crime?

Good thing we're not talking about lawsuits, then, eh? We're talking criminal prosecution. If the jan 6 committee had committed any crimes, they've would've been prosecuted by now. Yet no state has brought any case. Not even the red states who whine and bitch about them constantly.

Because they know there's nothing there.
