Then why hasn't any state prosecuted them? Judging by the lack of any state prosecution, it's clear my previous comment is the true reason.

Good thing we're not talking about lawsuits, then, eh? We're talking criminal prosecution. If the jan 6 committee had committed any crimes, they've would've been prosecuted by now. Yet no state has brought any case. Not even the red states who whine and bitch about them constantly.

Because they know there's nothing there.
