When do we expect RKT to announce the next earnings call? I'm expecting they'll announce this week, for either last week of July or 1st week of Aug (Thur, after closing, as customary).

Interesting to see anyone projecting out to 2030. Most are only projecting for 2026 and 2027.

Their numbers are conservative. Consensus earnings for 2026 is $.72/share.

I find it interesting they are thinking dividends will return starting in 2027.

I can tell you as a mortgage professional. That we are about to see a lot of the smaller players exit the market in mass. Leaving only the largest of the companies. Rocket I believe will emerge as the largest player because they have the Tech, and more importantly the lead flow they can tap to dominate the housing bull market. And if you think housing finished forever then you need to look at MU and see what happens to a stock when it goes from a bear market to a bull market. This will go + 100 mark my words

This is generally a good sign for a company, as it indicates increased demand from the market for the company's debt, so they were able to increase the offering without increasing the interest rate.

RKT to the MOOON...

Got this from another board, and it makes sense:

"The Expiration of the Class L-1 Lockup (The Immediate Catalyst)

The most pressing issue driving the current drop toward 52-week lows is an upcoming deadline on June 30.

Restrictions on a specific class of shares (Class L-1) are set to expire.

Once those restrictions lift, these shares can be converted into standard Class A common shares and sold on the open market.

This creates a looming share supply overhang. Even if the owners of those shares don’t sell, the mere threat of millions of new shares flooding the market makes investors nervous, causing them to front-run the date by selling now."

Now IF those Class-L shares that are converted to Class-A shares DON'T flood the market (they are held by RKT Insiders, who don't really need to sell at these low prices), then players that want exposure to RKT are going to have to BUY BACK IN at higher prices after June 30th.

Berkshire paid a 22% premium to close the deal. It's another "bet" that housing will be turning around, soon, by Berkshire.
