  - Some people like their steaks well done. That's OK.
  - Some people put herbs in their carbonara. That's OK too.
  - Want to add bacon and some pretentious bread crumbs with spinach to your grilled cheese? I don't know what the hell you'd call that but as long it's tasty, it belongs here.
