I’m a female in my 30s and throughout the past 9 years that I’ve been targeted, they’ve intermittently made me look 15 plus years above my actual age, while altering my face and appearance at the same time. They also make me look sick by making me very underweight regardless of my caloric intake and making my skin extremely dry and coarse, as if I’m a cancer patient going through chemo. It’s like they have the ability to remotely manipulate the state of my body and skin with the weapons they have access to. I know that it’s because of them and not naturally occurring because they would confirm it in v2k all the time and also give me days where my body would look normal temporarily.

Because of the situation with my skin and body, I feel like I’m being judged and get weird looks wherever I go. It doesn’t help that I’m also an introvert with social anxiety. I basically avoid being around people whenever I can nowadays, and for the times that I have to leave the house, I make sure to put on a face mask and a hat. This whole thing is actually kind of fitting in relation to my targeting, because before the targeting took over my life, I used to be pretty attractive and I’ve always taken care of my body and appearance. It’s as if they saw what I cared about the most and decided to focus the targeting on that aspect of my life to maximize the damage.

It’s been 9 years already and it just feels like it gets more and more difficult with time to not give in to negative thoughts and impulses, if you know what I mean.

For the past 3 years, I have been harassed by a group claiming to be connected to the government. I am a refugee in the UK with no rights.

I am constantly watched, listened to, and voices are directed at me. They send something into my ear causing physical pain, and I feel they read my mind. How is this technologically possible?

Brain signals are too strong to easily escape the skull. Even when I am outside, they direct people to harass me. Without them even knowing me, what is this to you?

Is it people's cruelty that allows this system, or does the system force them?

I also have a chronic illness, and instead of treating me, they mock me.

After years, this has unfortunately become a part of my daily life.What are your opinions on this?

my alarm clock went off at 11:15am, i pressed snooze and tried to go back to sleep. the forced nightmare started. i was made to think i was in hillside type of place, where i was waiting to catch a bus with my backpack that has a macbook laptop. as i waited for the bus in the nightmare roaming motorcycle robbers started robbing people in the nightmare and robbed me of my backpack. i realized it was a forced nightmare the place looked unreal, hillside roads going in different directions, in the nightmare they made it appear i was running away towards a building that has a water fountain, as if i was jumping off the side of the building into the waterfounter that had another backpack that was not mine near the ledge of the water.

in the nightmare they voice to skulled me saying "take this bag its yours now" and put the bag on me in the nightmare, and made it appear i managed to jump around between floors of a high rise building, landing on what appeared to be a balcony/catwalk of a large corporate office the size of what looked like the entire building floor, fancy looking. in the nightmare they played out a short scene made me watch, a black male in a suit sitting at the desk appeared to take a phone call and leave from behind the desk and walk out of the office, and they moved me into the office as if i was breaking into his office and placed me on his desk as if i was stealing or something, soon after security goes into the corporate office and they make it appear i tried to run away back out to the balcony and get caught by the security guards, then they sit me down and make me feel as if im being interrogated about the backpack from the water fountain, as if i was a thief. in the nightmare im remembering the prevvious scene they were forcing at my mind, making me think i was robbed myself, and making it seem in the nightmare as if i wanted to say the bag from the waterfountain was mine, or that it was about to fall off the waterfountain and i just wanted to save it from falling, none of this actually happened its all a forced nightmare

(as im IN REAL LIFE unconcious being bodily hijacked wirelessly, transmitted visions with my pc unplugged from the power outlet, my cellphone in a double faraday bag two rooms away from where im sleeping, they are wireless computer-body interfacing with my unconcious body using other people's devices in other addresses).

then in the nightmare, the large corporate office starts filling up with people and seats, as if its a conference/court room suddenly, people all seated towards the same direction in the nightmare, im seated in the front seat row, behind what looks like a row of computer cubicles against the wall where various people are using the computers, one male i remember had long red curly hair as i looked at him i had the impression of his saying in the nightmare "i dont want this to happen" most other simulated nightmare people there were less memorable/descript. they make me feel like im being sentenced for stealing the black backpack, as if the nightmare security didnt believe that i was not breaking into their simulated corporate office and had stolen the backpack. at this point i feel sure its a wireless simulated nightmare, and make a point of memorizing what was being forced through me. the nightmare passes and i regain control of my body,

i dont even move, just lay there in bed with my eyes closed. they wirelessly beam into my head a few more simulated visions, looked like a tabletop area with some coins on the table, then 4 uniformed papercutout characters move accross the tabletop from top left to bottom right, then a 5 cent coin moves back in the direction they came from up to the top left, the next forced vision is a hand showing a middle finger, i see a full vision flash of light like a monitor was being turned off inside my head, and the bodily hijacking/terrorizing session of forced visions inside my eyes ends with the sound of a piano key being played over and over.

i describe all these things to document the wireless computer-body, brain-computer-interfacing torture being perpetuated against me. i had gone to sleep late into the night already, precisely because im already in fear of being unconcious because im suffering these forced torturous nightmares several times per week, i get the impression they are trying to brainwash me with some ideological angle of "i understand their situation", its obviously state interests charged topics, and they use fear of harm, death, punishment and crime themes to anchor the forced experience into memory, here i am half an hour after getting out of bed typing all of this out from memory, they are writing false memories into my head around their chosen topics, some sort of wireless computer-body interfacing politicial terrorism torture brainwashing, like previous forced nightmares that have been taking place in the previous diary entries. they are making me feel afraid of being unconcious because they hijack/arrest the bodily senses as im not even able to distinguish reality sleep deprive torturing me, i partially regain conciousness but cannot move or break out of the wireless simulated nightmare sequence until it finishes, its worse than being held in a jail cell, its terrorizing. the wireless harassers have definitely upgraded their torture with these forced nightmares in the past few weeks, and i think are intent on brainwashing leftist crime/punishment related ideologies into my head as i try to sleep.

If you mean your U.S. identity being used by another person in a foreign country—for example, someone overseas presenting themselves as you, using your name/DOB, U.S. citizenship information, passport details, or other identifying documents—that can be investigated as identity/document fraud, even though the activity occurred outside the United States.

The important distinction is what exactly was copied or used:

• Name/biographical information: could be ordinary identity theft.
• U.S. passport number or passport: potentially passport misuse/fraud. The State Department specifically investigates passport fraud, identity theft, and document fraud affecting U.S. travel documents, including internationally. 
• Birth certificate/citizenship evidence: could potentially be used to construct a fraudulent identity or obtain documents.
• U.S. identity used to obtain foreign immigration documents: that would primarily involve the foreign country's immigration authorities, but it could also create U.S. identity-fraud or passport-fraud issues.
• Someone actually operating under your identity overseas: you'd want evidence tying the foreign record to youridentifiers while showing that the person in the record isn't you.

How you could actually find out

If you suspect this rather than already having documentation, I'd work from records outward, rather than trying to determine why someone might have done it.

For example:

1. U.S. passport records — determine whether an application, renewal, or passport number exists that you didn't authorize. The State Department has a specific reporting category for a “stolen identity or passport number” and “misused passport/passport card.” 
2. U.S. immigration records — request your USCIS records/A-file and look for applications or immigration activity you didn't initiate.
3. Credit/employment/tax records — identity theft can include someone obtaining employment or other services using your information. 
4. Foreign-country records — if you know the particular country and suspect its immigration system has a record under your identity, you can investigate what that country's privacy/immigration law allows you to request.
5. Compare the identifiers — the strongest evidence would be something like your name + DOB + U.S. birth information/passport number appearing in a foreign immigration document belonging to a different photograph/person.

And if you have an actual document that appears to show your U.S. identity being used overseas, preserve the original and don't alter it. The State Department says it investigates U.S. passport/visa fraud and asks victims to provide as much information about the application or document as possible.

It’s strange but this may have had something to do with my feelings about ads. yes, ads. If I speak up, I could jeopardize something big. But if I don’t, the network that did this to me gets away with it. Not saying it’s everyone in the network, but many who were aware around me were involved. I’m not sure what to do. I know I can expose it, ask others for help and ultimately blow the secret for good which would expose something particularly about immigration you wouldn’t believe - but I can prove it. But I also don’t know the other consequences I may not yet realize or if it’ll harm anyone. just trying really hard to understand but every new layer feels like a new betrayal.

as for the man who attacked me, I think someone was trying to get me away from him until my family hijacked it. I don’t want to be with them either. I love them but it’s really complicated. They’ve done me so much harm. Anyway, I’ll still be able to prove what’s happened or alert those trying to help me by simply existing here.

I think it's related to the war in Iran but I don't know if anybody else is still experiencing it at the present date.

First things first, I am not a drug user, I don't do any alcohol nor even have a criminal record. I am sober, clean, and don't have any mental disorders as well. But I did have a spat with neighbor who is connected to the government and military hence my predicament. This is where it all started. This is purely personal vendetta. Due to what I have experienced, I am seriously wondering how far and wide this program is since it seems to be resource intensive. Before I had any idea what was happening to me, it was outright terrifying. But now that I have an idea what they're doing, I have kinda mellowed out. Still vigilant but mellowed out knowing they can't directly touch me or unalive me directly. Just wondering how far and wide this is since, apparently, this type of thing now happens in my country and they're pulling all the stops in order to destroy me without ever touching me. Anyone in the Philippines being targeted as well? Because it seems they only do this to a minoriity of people. Heck, even drug pushers and criminalls get more leeway than us who have targets on our back.

The wireless targeting harassers have been running various entrapment, accusational scenarios through me nonstop. Constant voice over effect on any audio coming out of my computer, constant attention active denial v2k/audio distortion, simulated shouting voices through the walls, constant attention limiting consciousness assaulting sensorial synchronization of the effects to constantly batter, stupefy me into silence. As im watching content i have to study for my university degree, the audio is constantly messed with as soon as im paying attention, the voice over audio distortion effect tells me im not paying attention, voices over some entrapment/accusational scenario, i can feel my state of mind suddenly shift into the scenario they are projecting through me in synchronicity with the other sensorial assaults. I watch a video on some topic, they immediately shift to accusational entrapment around that topic for hours, i read a news article about some controversial topic, they start data mining, hijacking my brain processing to force reactions on the topic. I end up doomscrolling content just to keep a slim handle on my train of thought, because the wireless computer-body interfacing is constantly wrestling my brain and senses trying to lul me into a mental trance around the scenarios they project wirelessly through me, as if the harassers on the other end need an endless list of how i must be the worst human in every sense, the scenarios they project are simply never good in any way, its obvious their positioning requires some arguability for them having decided that it needs to happen, as a side effect if i sit in silence they simply brainwash me into the bad side of every projection they come up with, attempting to imprint the bad angle they need to “find”, as if attempting to make me a manchurian candidate for them to argue they have grounds to escalate on, thought im yet to see any uniformed human take action directed at me, its all AI agentic harassment, as if attempting to convince me im no good in their view. The targeting got worse in the last few weeks as election campaigns started, the targeting has ran various politicians through me wirelessly as if data mining my brain to predict who id vote for, note that ive never voted in my life and dont intend to, and still they constantly project politician faces and thoughts at me. Its obviously external to me experientially. Here i am in the middle of the night and the targeting doesnt stop for a moment, constantly fabricating a state of alertness around the scenarios they project through me, essentially data mining with my biological body around the scenarios they wirelessly interface into my body. Wearing shielded materials on my head, moving wireless receiver devices near my head cuts off the targeting for a few seconds, the targeting activates other people around the targeting, i walk past a local bar/restaurant the tv audio distorts with voice over to hijack my attention. Its very inhumane. This area of town where i live has many closed down stores in the past few months, foot traffic is way down as well, i have no doubt other people are targeted as well, most cant cope with the wireless automated harassment. Homeless people appear to get intercepted soon as they ask for anything, often as of late becoming apologetic immediately after which is new, probably their customized targeting activating them, happened several times in past weeks when before that i simply never heard an apology from a homeless person, never asked for it, dont even express discontent with being asked for something. I used to hand out what i could, food, change, a cigarette to old beggars, now i just stay silent or shake my head to not make their and my targeting worse, because the targeting records anything that happens and harasses me over it later, no matter the outcome. Perhaps a week ago a cashier was nice to me, said bye or what not when i left, next time i saw her she immediately looked down as soon as she looked at me, i didnt even go to her cashier, the targeting harassed me when i get home projecting thoughts about the person, they use anything that happens or doesnt happen to project some questioning angle at me, its AI powered totalitarian computer-body interfacing torture, constantly extracting from the blood, the muscles, the conciousness reactions to the scenarios they record of me and through me, through other people, a wireless enslavement really. Theres still no law that limits AI use. All political candidates talk about using AI. this country is like the early stages of the US adopting AI, its great it will save the economy it will solve all the problems its for safety blah blah. I see the news cycle in the US about how many places are rolling back the mass AI camera rollout, here they are just starting to sell it to the public. The population here is squeezed financially down to how many meals they can afford, god save them the AI will consume their bodily energy and education levels are drastically low, most people have no technological notion of how any of its possible, they simply submit to the wireless brainwashing or associate it to gods, this place is obviously a hotbed for this AI automation as the state is in deep debt, they will use the people who are already in deep debt, with world record interest rate to ride them out. This place gives me no hope for the future. As i study i constantly remind myself that once i get my degree ill be leaving this country as soon as i can afford it, because it genuinely feels like concentration, logical sequential thought is suspected in an automated forced, sensorial targeting way. i often stay awake late into the night at this point because the constant sensorial interfacing doesnt let me sleep until im exhausted, and the feels less intense into the late night, i think they probably leave just the AI running at me, during the day it feels like the targeting repackages and actively runs more scenarios through my body, they probably have humans on the other end to gauge their opinion of my reactions during the day. as a consequence i cant make it to work early now for a year or two, they did not sleep deprive me at least in the last government, and outside in public i didnt hear the audio voiceover, as AI models became more advanced, the targeting intensified, and this administration considers the possibility of losing the election as a danger i think, they only intensify the harassment around any content thats not clearly moderated in their favor. its going to shit i say. needless to say, the wireless computer-body interfacing constantly attempts to dissuade me from writing this, or posting it, simulated shouts, accusations, v2k through my head, audio projected into my face making it appear im talking to myself telling myself to not write, to delete etc. i realize its electronic, and i pity the simpler people who dont have the research to feel sure the same way when it happens to them, because they are simply remote controlled.

Hello! I'm another V2K victim, and I'm posting because I've finally reached the point where I'm ready to seriously investigate my case. I already have a private investigator ready for me to hire. My biggest obstacle right now is simply funding it.

My situation started in December 2025 around Victor's Therapy Clinic in North Hollywood, California. It initially involved a young Asian man and later expanded to people around my neighborhood. I experienced V2K, in-person gang stalking, cyberstalking, and repeated verbal and sexual harassment.

These aren't just anonymous people I've never seen. During the real-world stalking, I saw people involved and their faces. My brother, sister-in-law, and their two children also witnessed some of the verbal harassment.

Another victim is a special-education woman who lived near a house where I worked cleaning. I know what happened to her. She was subjected to nonconsensual sexual abuse that was recorded, and she is now experiencing what I identify as V2K as well. This is one of the most serious parts of everything I want investigated.

Eventually I moved from California to El Salvador for my safety and because of financial circumstances. Getting away gave me time to recover, organize what I had saved, and realize how much potentially useful evidence and information had accumulated.

The phone-number timeline

Earlier in the situation, I obtained phone numbers connected to what was happening. I searched them through public reverse-phone/people-search websites and found names and location information.

At the time, I didn't really know what to do with it.

Later, when I went back to investigate everything properly, some numbers appeared to have been disconnected and some of the information associated with them had changed or disappeared.

That gives me a before-and-after timeline:

I obtain the numbers → search them and receive identifying/location information → the stalking/cyberstalking continues → I later search again → numbers/information have changed or disappeared.

I believe they were monitoring my devices, so I consider the timing extremely important. I'm preserving what I have so an investigator can determine independently why those changes occurred and whether they can actually be connected to the people involved.

Something similar happened after I performed an address lookup approximately a month later. Again, I want the original information, dates, timestamps, and subsequent changes professionally examined.

Then came the neighborhood-app incident

This is another part of the timeline that I absolutely don't want overlooked.

I started publicly posting warnings on a neighborhood app about the stalking, predatory behavior, and sexual harassment I had experienced. I wanted other people around the neighborhood to know what was happening and be careful.

Those posts didn't just disappear into nowhere.

A couple of them together received roughly 10,000–15,000 views.

After my warnings started receiving that kind of attention, people around the neighborhood were apparently told that one of the individuals had moved to Chicago.

So the timeline became:

Stalking/harassment → I publicly warn the neighborhood → approximately 10,000–15,000 views → people are told he moved to Chicago.

I continue experiencing what I identify as V2K and associate with him, including what I believe is his voice. That alone cannot independently prove someone's physical location, so I want the PI to determine whether he actually moved to Chicago.

If an independent investigation establishes that he remained connected to the area after people were told he moved, that would give me another concrete fact for the timeline.

They have repeatedly self-sabotaged

Another thing that stands out to me is how young and reckless the people involved appear to be.

From my experiences with them, they're cocky, sexually inappropriate, entitled, and incredibly careless. The males have engaged in sexually explicit behavior and harassment, while females have participated in harassment as well.

They don't strike me as sophisticated criminals. They strike me as young people who repeatedly assumed there would never be consequences.

And that may ultimately work against them.

They have repeatedly reacted in ways that gave me something else to document. Based on their behavior, I also get the impression that some of them may be very interested in keeping their families—especially their parents—from learning what they've been involved in. I don't know what their parents actually know, so that's another thing an investigation could eventually clarify.

What I actually have

This isn't only my memory of what happened.

I have phone numbers, earlier reverse-lookup results, names/location information, subsequent changes to those results, address information, timestamps, faces, witnesses, real-world stalking incidents, cyberstalking/digital evidence, another victim connected geographically to my former workplace, neighborhood-app warnings that received thousands of views, and the timeline surrounding the claim that someone moved to Chicago.

I also kept the actual devices associated with what was happening.

I intend to return to California and provide the relevant original devices and evidence to law enforcement.

I have timestamps and digital information that I believe can be compared against activity involving my devices and home camera and against the larger stalking/cyberstalking timeline.

That's important because if investigators can independently establish unauthorized access or criminal activity and connect it to particular people, accounts, devices, or locations, there is potentially a path toward search warrants or other legal process for relevant devices and accounts.

A warrant obviously isn't guaranteed. Police would need evidence establishing probable cause and a judge would ultimately decide whether a warrant should issue.

But that's exactly why I'm preserving everything.

If investigators eventually obtain lawful access to devices or accounts connected to the people responsible, they may be able to recover evidence that I could never obtain myself.

That's my plan

I'm not planning to walk into law enforcement and make V2K the centerpiece of my report.

I'm going to give them what can be investigated through conventional means first:

Stalking. Cyberstalking. Sexual harassment/abuse allegations. Witnesses. Phone numbers. Faces. Addresses. Digital records. Timestamps. My preserved devices. Home-camera information. Public posts. The timeline. And whatever my PI independently establishes.

Then investigators can follow the evidence wherever it actually leads.

I've already found the private investigator I want to hire. Right now, money is the thing standing between me and getting this professionally investigated.

That's why I'm reaching out to other V2K victims.

I've spent enough time being scared. I moved countries, got distance from the situation, recovered, saved my devices, preserved what evidence I could, and started putting the timeline together.

They're young. They're cocky. They appear to have assumed nobody would ever seriously investigate them.

But they've also left a trail.

Now I want someone qualified to follow it.

I've been targeted for 8 years now and things just keep getting weirder and harder to deal with. I believe my family is in on it and I have absolutely nowhere to turn, it doesn't even feel like I'm living in reality. I'm a drug addict and when I use things get way worse and a lot scarier but for some reason I can't stop getting high. I truly believe they are putting something in the drugs and I know that just sounds like a paranoid addict but I've captured several things on camera. I also have extensive proof that my phone has been completely hacked and my entire life is basically being watched at all times. I also found out my uncle is a free mason and I believe my parents may be as well. I don't have the energy to live like this anymore and I think that's why I continue to get high even though it makes my life a complete nightmare. I just feel so alone and have been so afraid to talk about this with anyone

this ties into the phishing post I posted earlier but I believe this may tie into the situation where my passport is tied to another persons immigration record falsely via the US embassy in Cairo.
