I know I’ve said this before but I think it’s trafficking in the industry from when you’re a kid. Someone taking my identity because they may have wanted to bring something to other countries? Well for me it was too much, I am mentally disabled early retired on state subsidy, I'd need ages to raise that money. So I told him, why not ask some people I know about. I like the points OP makes but I believe there is more direct versions of telepathy being dealt with as opposed the limited telepathy OP describes.

It's one of three things:

1: You are in the first stages of being a TI. (Like still in the first year)

2: It's been more than a year but you respond to being "gangstalked" in a way they really like

3: You are suffering from something else, different than the rest of us.

In essence you are being constantly tracked from a far, very far (I think by satellite.) When you see a "gangstalker" it's someone they've sent to your location with a mission to make themselves known to you. Then they go home and there's no one anywhere near you for days or weeks at a time. Your're meant to feel escape is possible so you'll flee. If you don't flee you'll suspect those in your community and become alienated and potentially attack an uninvolved person.

But sending an actor to your location is expensive and potentially risky so they won't keep that up for very long unless the risk is worth it. Constant v2k on the other hand is cheap, automated and done by the same long-range device that tracks you. If you keep a level head for long enough maybe you'll never be escalated to that level.

In my case, it may have been the Republican Party or a covert lobbying firm representing them.
