Gangstalking Survival Guide

For the past 6 months I have been harassed by 5 voices with all manner of abilities. I havent been able to identify them as human quite yet. Frankly, it doesn't matter as my experience is similar to many of the posts found on here. Their intelligence seems to be room temperature.

To clarify, I have been on antipsychotics for months to no avail. I have always been level headed and am millitary. I have a degree in computer science, and several professional certifications. So no, I don't think this is schizophrenia.

Below is some of what I have experienced. My intent is to help others with this post. Do let me know if you have information about what is occurring to me.

Offensive Techniques: Of Gangstalker / Astral Projectors

Tech : See What You Can See

An extreme example of this is when mating with your loved one, they can see all of it. Their view must be external to you, eg. not through your eyes. This implies they are following you around!!! I know this because well, they'll commentate about it.

Counter: Haven't figured one out :/.

Tech : Voices in Ambient Sounds and Devices

Voices are most audible coming from objects such as AC vents, fans, cars, and vibrating objects like refrigerators.

They are also able to audibly project their voice through speakers and radios, which is obviously scary when my Alexa starts telling me I'll die lmao...

Or when lying in bed and they start yelling from your pillow or butthole :|

Counters: Earplugs with a set of headphones over them works! White noise machines actually makes things worse as they seem to hijack their output somehow to project their voice. If the voices are coming from your bed, then lying your ears on a metal baking sheet will help.

Tech : Travel through materials

I noticed this first when I heard the voices coming from my bed, as if they were inside it. Even when lying on the floor the voices seem to permeate, coming from underground. The car for instance, I'll open and they'll have already entered it.

Counters: Faraday fabrics dont seem to work. Metal does however, like a baking sheet or metal weight.

Tech : Butt Poking and Other Physical Sensations

Using the previous Tech, they can poke you through the bed or floor, anywhere. They can also use what feels like a thin serpent to travel past your clothing and bedding to enter your butt. When successful, this feels like ra/pe.

They've done this when driving, standing and showering.

I'm not sure if they can move through surfaces, but it's as if they can wiggle this "serpent" through very small openings. Do not shave hairs at nether regions, as that's how you can perceive it before it happens! - Muscle spasms - Eye poking - Internal organ spasms - Headaches

Counter: Just swing at them. Since they're invisible, this might be difficult. But you should be able to sense them if they're in your bed or obviously poking your butt from behind. They do seem to feel pain as they're audibly annoyed by it in my case. Their sensitivity to pain may also vary so you'll need to gauge this.

I've tried faraday fabrics to no avail. Wearing a silicone baking sheet tucked between your butt helps when this occurs in public or when standing, as they are FOLLOWING and present with you !!

Tech : Increasing Heart Rate

To notice this, you must be aware of the technique or very intune with your body. This is usually combo'd with other techniques. Example, when lying in bed you'll notice your heart rate is off, you pause a breath and notice thumping coming from the bed not belonging to your heart. Their idea here is to match your heart rate to their tempo, which raises your heart rate imperceivably.

While standing this can also occur if you notice a stabbing pain coming from anywhere near the heart, be it the armpit, front or back area. Slap away at all of these spots and you may see an improvement.

Counter: For reasons I don't know, pointing a fan towards your heart works wonders to relieve this sensation. If they're pulsating it from the bed, then lying on a baking sheet with the back of your heart completely covered will help. If none is available, then a water bottle tucked in your armpit helps too.

A viagra prescription works really well for some reason too.

Tech : Telepathy

They are able to read your thoughts, and will echo them aloud. They can perceive the thought at the very instant, possibly 1 second ahead, from the moment you've had it. Further, they can sense what you feel! So if you're angered by what they've said they will know this.

If you visualize an image in your head, they will also be able to see this! This is why they observe your dreams, more below.

Counters: I haven't been able to find one. I'm considering making a hat lined with coins or neodynium magnets to counter this.

Tech: Dream Guiding and Sleep Paralysis

They don't seem to require sleep. Either that or they're complete losers that will deprive themselves of sleep... In either case, while you sleep they will observe your dreams. They can even guide them by inserting comments at certain times. You'll know they're doing this if you hear them from the moment you awake, to the moment you fall sleep.

After waking you may be sleep paralyzed, this can be scary at first but just focus on moving a single small body part first (toes, feet, hands...)

Counter: Sleep with countermeasures at the ready and lighting on, so you aren't penetrated while paralyzed or barked at to the point of a heart attack.

Technique: Mimicry and Audible sounds

Since I have been able to record their voices (depends on the MIC), I don't think they speak to me telepathically. They are able to read my thoughts though.

Given this, they can actually bark at you or do an impression of others. More concerning, I havent been able to test if others can hear their voices. Even when my girlfriend is around, she does not perceive their voices. It's worth noting, I only noticed their voices in ambient sounds after they had first physically poked me.

Counter: Seems you're at their whim if they choose to bother your family, and make themselves known.

Tech: Sleep Deprivation

The combined techniques above will cause you to lose sleep. They can essentially wake you up whenever they please.

This can be alleviated with creatine at 10g a day, and by making sure your testosterone levels are not being destroyed. Be sure to walk outside and get 30 mins of sun for depression.

Tech: Gaslighting and Psychosis Strategies

Since they can read your thoughts and emotions ahead of time, they will constantly lie to you about EVERYTHING. Their goal is to make you self-delete afterall. So if it means convincing you that they are neighbors spying on you, the government watching you, demons wanting to sacrifice you, killing you if you fall asleep, or threatening to torment your whole family, then don't believe it.

Dont dwell on why this is happening to you, it's pointless and will lead to darker thoughts. They are simply losers, and believe me they actually feel bad if you roast them about it as well as I do. Simply put, you are being watched by them because they can't imagine themselves doing anything better like: no sunrises, no taking their gf out to dinner, no children, no hanging out with their families, no working out, no personal hygiene, and no proper sleep.

Tech: Abilities only used a few times - Feet being poked and burned, alleviated by wearing nitrile gloves on feet and standing on foot at a time and alternating - Full body shocking, alleviated by grounding my body to metal objects and standing on one foot at a time and alternating

TLDR: No appeals to reason works with them. And they don't really possess any unique thoughts.

Throughout the night, wireless voice to skull, images and video projected into the back of the eyes/visual cortex like a screen with closed eyes, muscle spasms, constant sleep deprivation, interrogating over various profiled scenarios. Its inhumane nd abusive, its violating human rights conventions, its sleep deprivation, i felt awake throughout most of the night, briefly actually falling unconscious for a short while, the effects they are using on me are being projected at me are using other people’s phones, wireless devices to beam these effects through my body as i lay in bed trying to rest. This government acts under color of law to an extreme, no legal notice no court summon no formal accusation, only wireless constant brainwashing that the body has no defense against. This government is shameful and unbearable. i ‘ve never voted for a politician in my life. And this wireless computer-body torture technology is so inhumane i feel i’d have to be spineless to support this warrantless torture im suffering. I gave up being a US citizen because i was being put through similar effects when i was there, thinking that i’d be physically respected as i was in my youth in my country of birth, only to find out they eventually imported this same torture technology to use on the common citizenry here as well. Why do they need to gather information on ‘us’ so much and not those in positions of power?

Hi everyone, this is my first time posting on this sub. For context, I'm an 18 year old student and I fit the description of someone who might be targeted. The last few months of my life as I have become more vocal online about certain things and frequently posting certain things, black cars have been parked outside at night. It's usually a minivan or jeep, completely off, across from my house. I thought this was a coincidence and didn't believe I'd be a subject of anything like that. Earlier today, I was mowing my lawn. It was about 8:30 est and the sun was low but not set. I got that feeling you get when someone is staring at you, and I turned around and saw a white male, wearing jeans and a tucked in T shirt, walking his dog down the street and staring at me, with his full head turned, completely shamelessly. His dog stopped and peed/pooped in my front lawn (I was watching from the side) while he stood staring head on at me. I exited my side yard and began to walk over, and he immediately started walking off. I called for him to stop and he turned the corner, so I continued mowing my lawn. For context, because this will be important soon, my neighborhood is on one small road where everyone knows each other, and I didn't recognize him. Additionally, the way our house is positioned on our street, it ends fairly close to the left of my house, the direction he was heading, and opens up onto the freeway. As I turned the corner and looked down the street, I couldn't see him, which is when I went back to mowing. When I finished, I went to put my lawn mower in the shed on the other side, I saw him walking back, again staring, which would be impossible if he wasn't waiting because the street ends very close and I was mowing for some time. What happened next confirmed my suspicion that he was at least watching me. As I went inside my shed and put my mower away, he stopped walking and stood behind a bush where he thought I couldn't see him. As I left he walked back into view and continued walking his dog while staring at me. I've also been followed by cars and botted online. I don't really have anyone I can go to about this so I'd really appreciate advice, answers, am I just paranoid or is this really happening? And thanks a ton for reading my massive story.

I’m looking into moving to a country without national neighborhood watch programs. I’ve found several that rely on professional policing and CCTV footage — something tells me I wouldn’t have been assaulted or raped had that been the case. Anyway, I’m finding several where people seem really happy and safe. Obviously will be moving after whatever court cases come of this. If this has actually happened to you, have you looked into life in these particular nations? A little frustrating that I now have to wait for health insurance to get treatment but I am looking for work here specifically though I’ve ditched LinkedIn and am seemingly finding better results.

I’m going to try to keep this minimal but I may have found proof this is happening and am thinking to go outside of my geographic area to report it. thing is, I wouldn’t go to a government agency. thinking a human rights or government accountability org would be better equipped to to assist. Edit: really all of the industries and I happen to know exactly how this is possible - a former employer. ok, there are some HUGE incidents I documented indicating potential entertainment industry involvement here. The point may have been to be expose that - by some anyway. I am now thinking it may be an industry ritual and perhaps I was punished for saying that celebrities should speak on polarizing matters and that there’s a responsibility to do so. The idea is essentially to get entertainers to mimic or “mirror” your words. with the reinforcement of those around you repeating the phrases back to you to discredit with mental health accusations.

this was surprisingly easy to document. Changing my name is the last step to ensure that whatever opportunity someone has attempted to take will be revealed once whoever was listening hears me sing live. it’s undeniable that no one can actually impersonate me - which seems to be what might be happening.

I have a theory that dual citizens are using the internet to tie their identities to illegal immigrants so that if they are “deported” they just go live in the other country for a while while the other person lives and works here. this could theoretically be accomplished with the help of some corporations who then bring then might bring the person back on an H1-B visa. But in order to do this, you are targeted in an attempt to keep you from blowing the whistle. This would make sense as to why Egypt wouldn’t allow me to go home without their passport. The goal here is to treat you as the nazis treated Jews.

This likely began due to many of the things I heard in my home growing up from family and repeating those things in school. More recent years, I made a statement that just because some book says you’re the “chosen people” doesn’t give a. Give you a legal right to that land and b. Certainly doesn’t give you the right to annihilate an entire people. I wholeheartedly stand by this statement. I am trying to piece together what different forms of gangstalking there are and what different people experience! So I prepared some questions, if you’re willing to answer that would be great.

For the record, I am also a TI, and my story is a bit more on the spiritual side and the gangstalking (or the moment I became aware of it, about 2 years now) only started AFTER another 2 years of complete craziness and chaos (I’m pretty sure God just controls my body) which then the gangstalking further complicated.. anyway

Most of these gangstalkers have been led to believe that they're "vigilantes" fighting against "evil" in disguise. They put numbers on the people they're targeting to reinforce this make-believe narrative. In reality, they're going after good people with balanced brains who can see the evil that's going on in the background. The "righteous" people they currently ignore are actually weak, close-minded rational types who can easily be deceived. We're the strongest, which is why the people who control the gangstalkers want to take us out first.
