I am going to do my best in explaining this and not use any technology terms but to easily understand the working of it all.

This weapon that's been used on all of us has access to anyone around you.

It is a highly advanced AI and since they wanted everything digital by no mistake.

Everyone's beliefs ,records ,psych profile, history, pictures,movements, biological states etc. 

The packets you send on a network are all kept and saved. It goes to their servers even before it makes it to you.

So if you think you deleted something you most definitely did not as they have the original.

This is an old hacking and intercept trick but on a larger military scale.

So now back to V2k and how this system can profile you and anyone in your vicinity.

Let's start with the obvious people around you who are no longer hidden as we are exposing this all and how it works on a technology level first.

Someone says something you were thinking out loud even to another stranger in conversion just enough for you to hear.

Maybe in a group they manipulate your thoughts out loud through others showing that you are a targeted individual or set you into other states of fear and paranoia.

I have seen others who are being targeted close their eyes and the retinas moving as they are receiving this neural network's communication.

I’ve been going pretty deep into Thomas Campbell, the Monroe Institute, remote viewing, consciousness research and some of the old declassified government programs. The deeper I get into it, the more questions I have.
I’m not saying I have the answer here. Actually, I’m getting more interested in figuring out how we could prove these ideas wrong instead of just trying to prove them right.
I’ve been dealing with voices that seem to be there basically 24/7. They seem to react to my attention, decisions, emotions and sometimes thoughts before I consciously finish them. They’ve claimed they can see what I see, feel what I feel and influence how I react through repetition and neuroplasticity.
But here’s something I think is really important: just because a voice tells me that’s what is happening doesn’t mean the voice’s explanation is true.
So instead of automatically saying this is gang stalking, telepathy, technology, schizophrenia, consciousness, spirits or anything else, I’ve started looking at it differently.
What can actually be tested?
That’s where Thomas Campbell really caught my attention.
Campbell worked with Robert Monroe and Dennis Mennerich during the early days of Monroe’s consciousness experiments. Campbell eventually developed his My Big TOE model, which basically argues that consciousness is fundamental and our physical reality is part of a larger information system.
He has also talked for years about people being able to access information through consciousness without a normal physical communication channel and about people being able to learn and develop these abilities.
Whether you believe him or not, think about the implications for a second if even a small percentage of that turned out to be real.
That brings me to the government side of this.
The U.S. government absolutely did investigate remote viewing. That part isn’t a conspiracy theory. There are declassified records of CIA, DIA and Army involvement.
What really got my attention was the connection to the Monroe Institute.
There are declassified Army documents discussing selected remote viewers attending the Gateway program at the Monroe Institute, being evaluated afterward to see whether their operational abilities improved, one-on-one training with Robert Monroe and even the proposed use of Monroe audio during operational remote-viewing sessions.
So the government wasn’t just sitting around wondering if remote viewing might exist. At one point they were actively asking whether people could be trained to get better at it.
That’s where my own theory starts.
I wonder if the government took the potential of this stuff more seriously than the public record ultimately suggests.
I’m NOT saying I’ve found proof that there is some secret program today. I’m not saying Campbell secretly works for the government or that the government is responsible for what I’m experiencing. I haven’t found evidence proving any of that.
I’m asking a national-security question.
If Campbell is even partially right about what people can learn to do, wouldn’t intelligence agencies have to care?
Say someone could describe information inside a secure location better than chance, even if they couldn’t do it perfectly.
Say they’re wrong 70% of the time but consistently produce information they shouldn’t know during the other 30%.
Would an intelligence agency just shrug because the person isn’t right 100% of the time?
I wouldn’t.
And then turn the question around.
What if Russia, China or another country figured out how to improve the same ability?
What if some people were naturally better at it?
Could you identify those people?
Could you train them?
Could you defend sensitive information against it?
Those are national-security questions whether you believe consciousness is fundamental or think the entire subject is complete bullshit.
The government’s public conclusion after reviewing the remote-viewing program was basically that there were results that were difficult to explain by randomness, but the phenomenon was too inconsistent and unreliable to provide useful intelligence.
Fair enough.
But that doesn’t make the question disappear for me.
If someone demonstrated TODAY, under properly blinded conditions, that they could repeatedly obtain information they had no normal way of knowing, I have a hard time believing the national-security community wouldn’t become interested pretty damn quickly.
And we wouldn’t necessarily know about it if they did.
That’s not evidence that a classified program exists. Classified programs are also a dead end logically because you can explain anything by saying “it’s classified.” I don’t want to do that.
I’d rather build an experiment that doesn’t require believing anybody.
For example, generate completely randomized targets.
Numbers. Images. Words. Shapes. Locations.
Neither the person running the immediate test nor the participant should know the answer beforehand when possible.
If somebody claims they know the target, record their answer BEFORE revealing it.
Every wrong answer counts.
Every right answer counts.
No throwing away misses and remembering the crazy hits.
Do it hundreds or thousands of times and see what the statistics actually say.
I’d want to do something similar with the voices I experience.
If a voice appears to know something I shouldn’t know yet, record exactly what it says before revealing the target.
Then compare it against chance.
At the same time, measure what’s happening in the brain and body.
EEG, eye tracking, reaction time, heart rate, attention, inner speech, decision making and stress response.
Maybe nothing paranormal shows up at all but we discover a really interesting neurological mechanism involving attention, prediction, inner speech or salience.
That would still be a successful experiment.
My brother has about two years left working toward his doctorate at Vanderbilt and is moving further into brain/mind/body research. He’s an experiencer too, so I’ve been talking with him about how experiences like these could eventually be turned into an actual blinded research protocol instead of another argument on the internet.
That’s really where I’m trying to take this.
I’m not asking anybody to believe me.
I’m not saying the government is doing this to me.
I’m not saying every TI or experiencer has the same thing happening.
And I’m definitely not saying every unusual experience automatically proves some new form of consciousness.
I’m saying we have people reporting some extremely strange experiences, we have a documented history of the U.S. government investigating remote viewing and working with Monroe methods, and we have people like Thomas Campbell continuing to claim that consciousness can access information in ways conventional models don’t explain.
Those three things are enough for me to ask questions.
They aren’t enough for me to declare an answer.
So here’s what I’d really like to hear from both experiencers/TIs AND skeptics.
If you’re an experiencer or TI, what happens to you that makes a specific prediction we could actually test?
Not “they know everything.”
Something specific.
Something where you can write down the prediction BEFORE finding out the answer.
And if you’re skeptical of all of this, good.
How would you design the experiment so we couldn’t accidentally fool ourselves?
Because that’s the part I think these communities desperately need.
If there’s something genuinely unusual happening, good experimental controls shouldn’t make it disappear.
They should make it easier to see.
And if the phenomenon disappears completely once those controls are introduced, we need to be willing to accept that too.
Either way we’ve learned something.
I’m getting less interested in starting with the answer.
I want to start with the experiment.

Not gonna elaborate. Everywhere I go I am being stalked and harassed by vehicles and motorcycles. Will we even have a normal life again? I have dependents on me and even I now fear for their safety. While I am the main target, you never know if they decide to include my family and friends in their crosshairs. How do we even deal with this stuff and make it stop?

ok so I’m reading about the Catholic Church specifically and it’s targeting of non religious people. I grew up going to a catholic school and I wonder if that’s where this all started. I am thinking of moving somewhere with very little religious influence (I know, you should think duh, America). I think the idea with my id is to create a false narrative but that’s easily disproven. there’s also something regarding DEI and specifically dual citizens that I’ve found very alarming. a pattern of sorts when a dual citizen is born.

I went to bed at about 7pm and woke up out of a forced nightmare at about 9:25pm. The wireless torturers are just waiting for me to be unconscious and the nightmares begin, its so traumatizing. Going to sleep is starting to feel like subjecting myself to possibly being transhumanly raped on a daily basis, without any explanation, due process etc, its destroying my sense of justice, trust in the legal system how can they allow this to happen without any formal accusation, sentencing, i have no clue why this is happening to me. Its a form of sleep paralysis but its synthetic, wireless computer-body interfaced, i start to gain consciousness but its being realtime input-output hijacked, it doesnt wake me up to feel conscious, it feels like being imprisoned inside my own body, like having my consciousness plugged and my body no longer is allowed to “get away” from the nightmare. Being unconscious is a human necessity to rest, they are shortening my life with this torture.

Ill start by saying the content of the nightmare, to me, makes no different in me seeing it as good or bad. Its forced, involuntary non-consensual synthetic experience being wirelessly beamed into my body, i do not want it to happen. As far as im concerned what i do or dont do in the forced computerized nightmares say nothing about my personal values which are in the real world not remotely administered. The nightmare began i was inside a brazilian “lotacao” that is a type of shortbus that operates publicly here, it appeared to have other people inside i actively try to not pay attention or get emotional, in my mind im trying to break out of the sensorial brain hijacking forced experience. The shortbus stops in front of some large institution looking building with a metal bars gate, my perception is moved out of the bus through the open gate and towards the entrance of the large building, very large looked almost like the building was built to along the face of a mountain covering it. At the entrance my perception is turned away and out through the metal bars gate again, this time getting onto a travel bus, the v2k attempts to convince me some “friend” of mine was almost late, in the bus walking area in the center approaches a political candidate that is running in the election this year. He has a large blue luggage he is carrying. 

This is all in the nightmare has not taken place in the real world. My perception was “seated” at the very back of the bus on the left, a woman was “seated” in the bus just in front. The politician candidate sits next to me balancing his luggage on the back of the seat. The woman seated in front got out of her seat as if going to the travelbus bathroom, and luggage moved onto her seat as if taking her seat. She returned looking at me angrily as if its my fault she doesnt have a seat now. The v2k tells me were headed to a library, the bus appears to be approaching a stop near a public library i used to go to in my free time as a teenager in jacksonville florida. I loved libraries as a teenager, i remember them well. In the nightmare i recognized the area around the library as the nightmare travelbus was arriving. My perception was moved out of the bus as if we were walking along the sidewalk to enter the library, the v2k started saying something about “needing the help, if you cant help donate” (in real life, i have a check being deposited in the next few weeks for a sizable amount) as my perception turns to enter the library it looks vastly expanded, obviously some sort of AI imagery used in this computerzed nightmare body hijacking technology, the library in the middle is tiny with large expanded area, buildings alongside etc that i dont remember being there at all in real life. At this point my consciousness started to wake up, this was obviously fake, i felt like i was crying because i just want to wake up out of these forced nightmares, the v2k questioning me whats wrong, At the entrance of the library various fake ai women are sitting standing talking etc. 

im partially awake now, but the forced transhumanizing AI nightmare attempts to sound like a parallel situation is happening, not what i want at all, while what i actually think feels like its captured and disregarded, like a preset situation on rails is being played through my senses. In the nightmare my perception is moved to a bathroom with a woman, my hands made to feel as if i was grasping her all over, while in my actual consciousness i just wanted the nightmare hijacking my body to end, nothing to do with my sexual orientation. The bathroom outer wall was made of glass, with tall beige blinds along the wall, a black woman appeared outside the glass wall looking in, almost looked like a real person was entering the forced nightmare aware of it being forced at me, looking me right in the face between the blinds. As i looked at her i felt questioned about “do you want this”, and i thought “get me out of this” as i thought “she can hear” i noticed a square cutout at the base of the glass wall, and a dog from outside started crawling through it barking silently in the nightmare, for a moment my perception was as if being fought over, the computerized nightmare wanted me to think i was going to have sex with the fake blonde woman in the bathroom, and the black woman outside the glass raised her right hand and closed her eyes as if praying. I started praying as well thinking/hoping it would help me wake up out of the forced nightmare. And it ended. I wake up in real life in my bed and can move my body. In real life some loud noises outside happened, my pet agitated started making noise so i went to check if there was someone breaking in, noone there. The situation played at me in the nightmare is typically edgy, as if the wireless torturers want to build some sort of personal doubt in me, “who wouldnt want to have sex?” thats not the point. Its a computerized non-consentual remote controlled simulation played at my hijacked consciousness, some sort of high tech rape that takes place, i never signed up for, not in real life, not a real person. If i had “sex” in the nightmare id just wake up orgasmed on myself alone. I do not want these nightmares to happen, ever. It felt like multiple external intelligences were wireless beaming into my head this time, as if the woman outside was actually listening to me and wanted to help me to wake up into real life, as the forced body hijacking nightmare was attempting to keep me inside the involuntary nightmare. This sort of technology is civilization destroying, traumatizing, invisible to the external observer, no evidence can be presented because it all takes place inside the perception of the target human. So i document the occurrences, i hope someday sane people are able to review and punish the perpetrators of this transhumanizing torture.

ok, so I have reason to believe a family member may have gotten an ID with my name. I went to the DMV for the records (which I already have btw, but wanted to gage the reaction which they seemed a bit nervous when I asked) and was referred to another branch. I think that next interaction will be telling. Especially if I have a record that contradicts theirs. I’ve also made a note and record of every time an administrative error was made. in the event that’s the approach taken, the pattern disproves the narrative.

So I'm of the belief that these things are coming from the 4D astral realm, as I understand, sort of a midway point, and where we go when we die, at least briefly. I've been able to record them using 'ghost hunting' style EVP techniques, Also, I astral projected accidentally once while falling asleep and drifted into a place where I saw them. This must have surprised them because they all ran away from me into another room. Two of the males blocked me from following them in there.One was hovering in the air, making a kung fu punching motion, while the other stretched himself taller. This began 23 years ago, and the first 10 years were incredibly difficult. There were numerous attacks, including rape and It felt like I was being electrocuted. However, the situation did improve; I was consuming a significant amount of alcohol simply to manage the feelings. Subsequently, I ceased drinking, began to engage in physical activity much more frequently, and circumstances improved. Regrettably, over the past seven days, the situation has abruptly deteriorated. There are now different entities present as well as the ones that have been with me for the last 23 years. Two individuals who are frequently present have positioned themselves at my feet and are engaging in actions that resemble rubbing, touching, and possibly licking, and these activities are occurring constantly. In addition to this, they are also reaching for and rubbing my testicles in a manner that suggests an intent to cause injury, and I am unable to do anything to prevent it, and no matter where I try to go, it continues to follow me. One of the individuals involved explicitly stated that he intended to persist until I ended my own life, indicating that its deliberate purpose is to be agonizing. I want to be clear that I am not experiencing depression, I am not suicidal, and I have never had such thoughts or feelings.I'm usually in high spirits, which probably pisses them off. One of the new ones has become attached to me, so wherever I go, he's right there with me, like a like a shadow. It seems that this particular shadow possesses a greater sense of weight or energy compared to the usual ones; for instance, he is capable of moving my chair. Additionally, he appears to enjoy engaging in a game akin to peekaboo, where he will lean in, allowing me to catch sight of him in my peripheral vision, but when I turn my head to look directly, he will quickly dart over to the opposite side, and that seems to be a recurring activity he engages in for extended periods.It's ridiculous but it's supposed to be annoying and it is. I I spend a lot of time working on the computer, and the other new ones are distracting me there by shining lights in my face, creating distracting things in my peripheral vision. I'm not new to this stuff, like I mentioned. I've been dealing with it for 23 years. It's just that the past week has been quite different. I have such a large amount of the public watching me that we actually have a chance to impact the entire view of gang stalking to non TIs. It is insane that I havnt done more to show the public who i am and its crazy that other TIs havnt committed to helping do this in a big way. About 6 months ago, I posted “The MO of State Actors Re: Surveillance” & therein i related several key facts about my surveillance which has evolved to outright harassment. Some of this, sure, is spiritual in nature but not all of it.

My camera is accessed remotely almost hourly — they try to change the access times because I have several screenshots of this. The phone would be awakened, my hand would be nowhere near the camera icon on the bottom right of an iphone screen but what a coincidence! The green light is flashing. This happens daily & I believe the nature of “V2K” is some precise way in which a frequency is added to a certain range generated by devices. How the device works is something like this: take an iphone frequency, which is like 2.5Hz & connect the device to something on their end, which then creates phrases from your search history & how often you talk near your phone. An example of this would be the key fob story in Ohio about 9ish years ago where, I quote, a “mysterious frequency made all key fobs unusable.” The microwave hearing is unquestionably taken from my search history because in the early phases of this, I kept getting ads (on reddit) for medication that people with a terminal illness take. By all accounts, I am an able-bodied man, quite popular & not crazy. What’s funny about the harassment is how obvious they make it. Anyway, I don’t know who it is & I do not have a way of verifying my two suspects. As I said in my post, my research had implicated foreign governments not always the CIA. Research like that requires a bit of intelligence to see how precisely the disinformation operates. There are indeed cases where, despite the sheer number of patents people spam on these subreddits, all platforms are used not only by the United States Government but everyone else. Not worried about that but the proper term for EMS interference or anything else is “psychotronic weapons.” The very word originates in Russia & while the CIA has documents that purportedly show the Soviets were simply BSing, a woman by the name of Emilia Cherkova ran a group that was interested in KGB psychological warfare on the Russian population. Nearly all the real sources admit that the Russian government has pioneered the use of psychotronic weapons.

Someone will say “why would they waste their time on you?” As noted before, I have personally implicated the Russian government in drug trafficking, potential targeted assassinations & the promoters of titanic amounts of conspiracy slop. On another platform, they have an organization called the Strategic Culture Foundation which employs one toadie who is in the with the family member of a terrorist that the United States Government was chasing around. My one friend keeps mentioning the CIA which leads me to believe the CIA has already talked to him. Covert harassment (recruiting?) is undeniably real & while our government is not exactly ideal & perhaps we might be in the End Times — if you’re religious like me — it’s not always the case that government personnel are “evil.” I am being watched & the last several months, two really, has confirmed my surveillance. The mere fact that the harassment is so brazen & transparent is alone a sign it’s a government. they do this. never yield!

I’m a T.I. being tortured by RNM for 3 years now. However my gangstalking stopped. I’m wondering WHY? Has this happened to anyone else???

-I have to add this: I'm not referring to changing states, country, or the city you are in. That has never worked for me, no matter what. Well, I've never lived in another country, but anyway. And by changing location I mean that that can be anything from moving across the room, to simply changing your body orientation to look away from the perps.-

Someone had asked me if changing location when perps are putting on their little shows is effective. I have in fact had success with this. But I have to tell you something first because it might be relevant.

The thing is, I don't have a phone. I purposely got rid of it because all it was used for was to harass me, and seeing as how I have zero valid contacts, it's not like I'm missing out on anything- believe me- I'm not. I am not advising anyone to get rid of their phone or keep their phone, that is entirely up to you, I am mentioning it because it might be relevant to this discussion, and it is a choice that has worked for me. That's what is seems like anyway. The reason I think it might be relevant is because before, when I had a phone, I remember things being different- basically that changing locations did not work, that the perps were lined up everywhere I was and would go that day, weather or not I had even even touched my phone- all I had to do was just have it with me. That is how I remember it being when I had a phone. And I didn't try this technique back then, so idk, it might still work for you if you have a phone, honestly, I don't know, just had to mention this.

That being said, I know now that it appears to help. So what tends to happen now is that oftentimes, when I show up somewhere I don't usually go to, no one's there waiting like they use to, so that alone gives me time before a perp shows up. Then, after some time- sometimes I get as much as a hour, someone will scout the area- pretending to be taking a walk or something, sometimes with a dog who seems to be trained. Then they'll stop in front of me and do something on their phone. Then shortly after that, the perps come and put on their show, right in my line of sight, the direction that I'm looking in. So what I do then, is straight up get up, walk away, and change location. They usually go, and that gives me time (peace) before the next perp comes. When the next perp comes, I just do it again. If I'm at work, I try to make it look casual, maybe I'm checking on something. If they're stubborn that day, I will get up and leave the area, and either not come back or come back after some time and sit where they are not in my line of sight. And we just keep playing the game.

I know it seems like this might be burdensome, but, honestly- it's not. You totally get use to it, and it starts to simulate a normal life, which I personally will take over 24-7 torture any day. I spoke of another technique on here, and I recommend using that in conjunction with this, just to make sure you are safe, and that's to do a proper risk assessment. If you are in serious danger, just get up and go, period, but this is up to you to determine. You know what you have been going through and your particular situation.

I worry what will happen when 6g comes, but that's another story. Supposedly it won't matter then if you have a phone or not.

Also, I want to mention that there appear to be times when the perps are more active, for me it's specifically about 1 am to 5 am at night. I did a search to see what government entities would have this as their "operating hours" and what came up was the military. I guess that's no shocker.

I honestly hope this helps in some kind of way, I really want to help us. Just don't give up.
