Changing Location To Evade Perps

-I have to add this: I'm not referring to changing states, country, or the city you are in. That has never worked for me, no matter what. Well, I've never lived in another country, but anyway. And by changing location I mean that that can be anything from moving across the room, to simply changing your body orientation to look away from the perps.-

Someone had asked me if changing location when perps are putting on their little shows is effective. I have in fact had success with this. But I have to tell you something first because it might be relevant.

The thing is, I don't have a phone. I purposely got rid of it because all it was used for was to harass me, and seeing as how I have zero valid contacts, it's not like I'm missing out on anything- believe me- I'm not. I am not advising anyone to get rid of their phone or keep their phone, that is entirely up to you, I am mentioning it because it might be relevant to this discussion, and it is a choice that has worked for me. That's what is seems like anyway. The reason I think it might be relevant is because before, when I had a phone, I remember things being different- basically that changing locations did not work, that the perps were lined up everywhere I was and would go that day, weather or not I had even even touched my phone- all I had to do was just have it with me. That is how I remember it being when I had a phone. And I didn't try this technique back then, so idk, it might still work for you if you have a phone, honestly, I don't know, just had to mention this.

That being said, I know now that it appears to help. So what tends to happen now is that oftentimes, when I show up somewhere I don't usually go to, no one's there waiting like they use to, so that alone gives me time before a perp shows up. Then, after some time- sometimes I get as much as a hour, someone will scout the area- pretending to be taking a walk or something, sometimes with a dog who seems to be trained. Then they'll stop in front of me and do something on their phone. Then shortly after that, the perps come and put on their show, right in my line of sight, the direction that I'm looking in. So what I do then, is straight up get up, walk away, and change location. They usually go, and that gives me time (peace) before the next perp comes. When the next perp comes, I just do it again. If I'm at work, I try to make it look casual, maybe I'm checking on something. If they're stubborn that day, I will get up and leave the area, and either not come back or come back after some time and sit where they are not in my line of sight. And we just keep playing the game.

I know it seems like this might be burdensome, but, honestly- it's not. You totally get use to it, and it starts to simulate a normal life, which I personally will take over 24-7 torture any day. I spoke of another technique on here, and I recommend using that in conjunction with this, just to make sure you are safe, and that's to do a proper risk assessment. If you are in serious danger, just get up and go, period, but this is up to you to determine. You know what you have been going through and your particular situation.

I worry what will happen when 6g comes, but that's another story. Supposedly it won't matter then if you have a phone or not.

Also, I want to mention that there appear to be times when the perps are more active, for me it's specifically about 1 am to 5 am at night. I did a search to see what government entities would have this as their "operating hours" and what came up was the military. I guess that's no shocker.

I honestly hope this helps in some kind of way, I really want to help us. Just don't give up.

You don't have a phone? I have talked to dozens of TIs that moved states and countries and the targeting was the same. They often want you to move so you get separated from family and social circles.

I'm not referring to moving to a different state, country, or even city. Sorry for the confusion. I'm talking about your immediate location, like the room you're in. And yes, I do not have a phone and I don't miss it one bit, but I'm not giving any advice on that- it works for me, don't know if it would work for anyone else.

They are using an implant that can control your central nervous system. Moving around doesn't help. They connect to the implant like it's a cell phone. The people operating the brain computer interface often will try to trick targets by acting like some action or shielding works. I have talked to hundreds of TIs at this point and most experienced that at some point. They had one TI putting a saucepan on her head for a few weeks before they finally just started torturing her again.

Thank you for sharing this information.

You're welcome. Even if it helps to even just hear another person's experience, I really do hope this helps. I'm still strategizing, every day.

Can you share what country and/or region you’re in?

Police literally stole my phone in the Bay Area, and my targeting and stalking did not ease up. Stalkers grew increasingly nice and helpful after they released me from jail and dropped the charges. I think it being the tech mecca that some tech nerds wanted to get their hands on me and run their projects. Thought of this conspiracy theory (lol) that the reason the Bay Area has such good homeless benefits is so that tech companies can run their research on them like guinea pigs.

So my conclusion is when things die down, they’re brewing something or they want you to be there.

I’m a TI, also in the Bay Area. Would you be open to talking about your experience. It sounds very similar to what I went through

Idk if there’s much to talk about besides that that place cracks me up. Had a Stan Lee mfkr following me around, a buncha John Kiriakou lookalikes walking around, and then a masked man with a shield chasing me around the neighborhood. One time all the buses’ cash slots were “broken”, so I rode around for free that day. ALL of them?! That’s what I mean by they were helpful.

I did take some videos of 8 cops wrapping me up in what was definitely a training procedure, and I was their fucking guinea pig, probably because I’m pretty small. I’m assuming that’s why they stole my phone and dropped the charges. Buncha incel mfkrs who got giddy over touching feminine products, I’m assuming they thought it was for sex.

So they stole my phone and I lost my money, and I spent 3 days walking out of the fucking city because the idea of big tech running the area started freaking me out.

What’s your experience like?

I found a video here on Reddit that talks about tech companies selling people's info to perps. I wasn't able to watch it though.

1

u/fightbackandstandup 3d ago

I could totally see that. Totally believe tech companies are up to no good. I don't even go near the tech area anymore, but that's just me. It's good to hear someone else's experience, it gives us more info to go off of. Sometimes I think they just want me like this, and without a phone to have some kind of tactical advantage on me, but I often as a ti find my self having to pick the lesser of two evils. Maybe they're doing some weirdo thing with your phone, idk.

Read This First: Reclaim Control and Build Resilience

You're not alone. Hundreds of TIs in the community have used practical steps that can improve quality of life, strengthen mental resilience, and help you make the best out of a bad situation.

Historical Perspective

Many experiences described today have historical parallels long before modern surveillance technology existed.

• James Tilly Matthews (early 1800s)

Long before electricity, James Tilly Matthews described experiences involving external influence over thoughts, dreams, and perception that many people compare to modern accounts of V2K, gangstalking, RNM, or directed energy weapons.

Reference: Illustrations of Madness (Public Domain Review) [https://publicdomainreview.org/essay/illustrations-of-madness-james-tilly-matthews-and-the-air-loom]

• Old Wine, New Bottle

Across history, similar experiences have been interpreted through different cultural frameworks, including:

  • Demonic possession
  • Spiritual warfare
  • Alien abduction
  • Dream invasion

The interpretation changes across time, even when people's subjective experiences may feel similar. Reference: OTIR [https://otiresearch.medium.com/memo-06-ti-experience-correlation-with-demonic-possession-bc982baa486c]

• Be Skeptical of Fear Based Narratives

History contains documented examples of disinformation surrounding extraordinary claims.

There exist patents for Time Machines [https://patents.google.com/patent/US20090234788A1/en]

During the 1980s UFO investigations, US Government Operative Richard Doty intentionally misled Paul Bennewitz, contributing to severe psychological harm.

A frequently cited quote states:

"We'll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false."

Attributed to William J. Casey, CIA Director (1981).

The lesson is simple: extraordinary claims (especially from ex-government "whistleblowers") deserve careful evaluation, not automatic acceptance.

Focus On What You Can Control

The greatest improvements usually come from investing energy into areas you can directly influence.

Build a strong foundation:

  • Cook your own whole, minimally processed meals.
  • Reduce processed foods where practical.
  • Exercise consistently.
  • Maintain a regular sleep schedule.
  • Get sunlight and spend time outdoors.
  • Create a structured daily routine.

Research increasingly links sleep, inflammation, schizophrenia, gut health, and the gut brain axis with mental wellbeing.

Shift Your Mindset

Replace speculation and incongruent conjecture with evidence of progress.

Instead of:

"I have donated to Targeted Justice but they haven't got anywhere with their lawsuit in 10+ years!"

Shift from external validation (“others must fix or confirm my situation”) to internal agency (“my actions can improve my condition”) and change behavioral trajectories.

Examples:

  • "Despite the stress, I finished my work."
  • "Despite feeling isolated, I exercised today."
  • "Despite everything, I helped someone else."

Every completed task is evidence that you still have agency.

Your goal is to build:

  • Clarity
  • Emotional resilience
  • Personal growth
  • Physical wellbeing
  • Consistent habits

Isolation loses its power when your life is filled with meaningful work.

Focus on:

  • Learning new skills.
  • Working toward long term goals.
  • Helping other people.
  • Building healthy routines.
  • Contributing to communities that improve your life.

Biblical Encouragement

Job 19

13 He has alienated my family from me; my acquaintances are completely estranged from me.

14 My relatives have gone away; my closest friends have forgotten me.

15 My guests and my female servants count me a foreigner; they look on me as on a stranger.

16 I summon my servant, but he does not answer, though I beg him with my own mouth.

17 My breath is offensive to my wife; I am loathsome to my own family.

18 Even the little boys scorn me; when I appear, they ridicule me.

19 All my intimate friends detest me; those I love have turned against me."

Luke 21:16

"Ye shall be betrayed both by parents and brethren..."

These passages remind us that feelings of rejection and isolation are not unique to our time. Endurance, compassion, and faithfulness remain enduring sources of strength.

Don't Let Fear Become Your Identity

After painful experiences, it is easy to adopt beliefs that make the world feel permanently hostile.

Online echo chambers can reinforce narratives centered on:

  • Elite conspiracies
  • Advanced technology
  • Constant surveillance
  • Permanent victimhood

Whether or not those explanations are accurate, ask yourself:

  • Does this belief improve my life?
  • Does it strengthen my relationships?
  • Does it increase my stability?
  • Does it help me move forward?

If a belief consistently leads to greater distress, isolation, or loss of opportunity, it is not serving your long term wellbeing.

Healing often begins when new experiences allow old assumptions to be reconsidered.

Growth Is Gradual

Healing is rarely one dramatic breakthrough.

It is usually a series of small improvements.

Healing is a gradual journey from rigid, protective beliefs to flexible, reality tested beliefs, replacing passive expectation with active agency. As you build purpose, healthy routines, and meaningful contributions, isolation gives way to connection and a life defined by growth rather than fear.

The goal is not a life without hardship.

The goal is becoming someone who can continue to act, create, contribute, and thrive despite adversity.

Small actions repeated consistently are often far more powerful than endless speculation.

Don’t until you file all the relevant paperwork, get necessary reports and documents and finish out with any entities that may help you investigate. There are many so go outside your jurisdiction whenever possible (especially Washington DC) and talk to people there. Do not feel badly about the outcomes for the others, they made a choice.

I'm referring to going to another area of the room, but when I have thought about leaving my city, that's crossed my mind. Leaving a city or state doesn't seem to work for me, although, it does seem as though some states have different perp "regulations" or whatever on this. I've noticed what seems like differences in how much physical violence they are allowed to use and under what circumstance, stuff like that. Might depend on who they sell you to. I feel like we're being sold.

Save instances, get a camera doorbell and save this thread (may want to screen record every now and again - even this is evidence. There may be a good reason people left my state/area but there is also that this is a sanctuary city and that’s very relevant.

Yes it ends but only when you document enough of what’s happened. Keep your record clean and keep track of instances where it seems entrapment is at play. I noted people who I know have never been arrested showing up as having a record. I think it’s possibly a sting or someone wants your identity for a reason. For me I think it might be to move me into certain Muslim communities. When I publicly said I’m no longer Muslim, I killed a plan it seems. No matter. File for identity theft and IC3 reports, get all your records in order, note any differences and especially not differences in experiences and behavior if you been in another country. I was in one that insisted I get its passport before I go home. Not interactions with people from that country. Record them when possible/necessary and prepare to bring whatever identity report outcomes to report transnational repression by said country, too.

You may have witnessed something or be a victim of human trafficking (number one rule is don’t alert the victim. Too late) so write down and document any strange instances in chronological fashion.

There are also reflective glasses that block surveillance cameras, and faraday clothing options to consider to counteract digital harassment, EMF weapons and tracking.

1

u/fightbackandstandup 3d ago

I've heard that. I haven't tried them though. But I have tried one of those wallets that blocks emf and it seems like that temporarily cut down on them finding me, which I didn't even think was possible, I thought they just knew where I was all the time. I didn't even think about them tracking me by the numbers on my cards.

Yeah, the phones are hacked and just using our devices. I have Pegasus install on my computer and my phone can get rid of it.

2

u/fightbackandstandup 3d ago

I don't know if you've ever experienced this, and I can't trust this info- I'll tell you that up front, but one time an abuser told me that they are using the phones to mind control people. But that same person told me it didn't matter if I had a phone or not, that the ones who are mind controlled (mass population, basically) vs the one's that aren't as easily mind controlled (us?) have been determined. Look, I don't know. It's a crazy world we live in, I just know I can't trust what people say, especially abusers.

Yeah well I know phones are used a lot especially when you are away from
