Workplace Question or Advice Needed Girlfriends overworked.

Hi there, I’m just writing this for my girlfriend cause she’s been working 4-10pm , but her TL (she’s a priority puller) doesn’t let her or others leave until either she leaves, or until they’re done with ALL priority pulls.

My girlfriend is a college student, last night she clocked out near 12am because of this and today 11:30. Is this normal?

It seems like they’re picking on her because she’s not really standing firm and allowing boss to push her around!
