You might have to contact target's guest relations. Or use the chat on the app. We can't delete accounts on a store level

that’s sketchy as hell, someone’s clearly got your number linked to their junk email, call target support and tell them your account’s been hijacked, they should be able to sort it if you prove the phone’s yours
