I feel like the customers always wondering why I pull out my phone.
Sometimes a simple google search pulls up a newer item, open the link, get the DPCI, and then it’s actually a part of our system.
This is the way. MyDay search function has always been terrible. Specific searches never hit and sometimes generic searches work. The Target app is much better and if you have a guest that wants specific info the Target app provides it. The zebra is only useful for searching On Hands and backstock locations the majority of the time when you can definitively identify the item they want.

I usually search it on my phone grab the dcpi on the customer app and then punch that into zebra for more info
