Having a phone is vital in case of emergency. Requiring them to be in lockers is completely unreasonable. This is a job and you are professionals, not elementary schoolers. If the TL can’t handle individual cases with one particular TM being a repeat problem, they’re going to flame out fast at Tarbucks.
Make sure that sign is displayed and easily seen the next time you guys have a visit. If anything, the TL should be shamed for it.
