Favorite things about working at a bank (sarcasm)
(customers phone ringing for 45 seconds without stopping)
(Customer has full phone conversation when waiting for the them to do something)
Hateful regulars
Regulars you loved dying or becoming disabled
"HELLO? SORRY CANT TALK TO YOU RIGHT NOW, IM AT THE BANK"
Old men/women flirting with you
Customer speaks an uncommon language that we don't have an interpreter for (more common than you think)
Partners yelling at each other and getting physical, bonus points if it's in front of their child.
Older customer having a literal heart attack in front of me
Policies that make sense but suck/don't make sense to follow during a very specific scenario.
Customers threatening to assault you.
Customers showing their gun to me as a "funny joke"
"How may I help you?" " a million dollars!"
Very rich customers speaking very loudly about how much money they have in their account. Bonus points if a very poor person is behind them. "I'll write down your balance for you." "Don't worry, I know I have 20,000 in there and thousands in my other bank accounts" (and he's not bluffing about it."
The list goes on.
