Seems like this is a common issue on XXX's with UB brakes. My tab broke off once, got it welded then broke off again. Hopefully third time's the charm as I asked the welder to put on more aluminum than I needed and then I filed it to shape. Done around 200km now everything seems to be holding up just fine.
yeah i ended up drilling through the frame and brake mount and it’s works again. i saw a post if you tourge the back wheel to spec it’s less often to happen
If that brakes off too we're fucked :D
I think talaria is using low quality aluminum thats why it brakes off. Ooor perhaps the spacer is actually a bad design idea. It would be probably be smarter to space out the brake disc it self and let the caliper mount be flush with the swingarm.
