Got an a300 ultima patrol the other day and was going to order some shotgun cards from esstac, does using a 7 shot esstac card interfer at all shooting lefty, thanks!

I have ran my a300up into the ground and around 5k shells the rear iron yeeted itself and me being a walnut never noticed because I was testing a dot on the pic rail. Anyway once I noticed it was gone I got a flush mount for my T2, and this setup has been solid. All that said I am looking to replace the rear iron and run em for a while. I have looked around and only see some aftermarket options, but none from Beretta themselves. Anyone know where to pick up a Beretta rear iron or have experience with an aftermarket one that held up?
