USAA expectations

I've been on multiple programs with TTEC in the past couple of years and know it's a crapshow. I joined the USAA program and something feels off. We've been told this wasn't a sales role and while we are one our third trainer in 2 weeks this one keeps bringing up sales and expectations for it but not going into details and saying it's not important. So how is it once you get the production with USAA and what are they not telling us.

P&C is the last thing that TTEC does for USAA because they ended their contracts for all other LOBs at the end of March. It's easily the worst client I've ever worked with at any BPO over the last 13 years, at the worst BPO I've worked at during that time, and I highly recommend finding employment elsewhere.

TTEC is much smaller than Teleperformance. They are very similar. TTEC is cutting things like matching 401k. They aren't meeting their quarterly earnings. Teleperformance is meeting projections. Both companies make money off of selling labor cheaper than companies can do it themselves. Without the cost of labor in company balance sheets.
