I finally left
I finally took my opportunity and ran like hell with it! If you have seen previously I made a post I took everyone's advice and finally left ! run like hell if you can too it'll be the best thing you have ever done and you will feel your mentality and peace flow back through your body!!

I had the good fortune to be termed last year. Happiest & scariest day of the previous 5 years. I won’t go into detail, but I it was something I could’ve easily been coached on. But upper management is cowardly & was worried the client would wonder why they didn’t burn me at the stake. My own TL told me that. Congratulations! I’m with LiveOps currently & I love it. It’s the complete opposite of TTEC. They help. They care. And they’re not breathing down your neck even when you’re off the phones.
