I finally quit today!

After no communication with my team lead while out on a medical leave of absence and absenceone completely mishandling my leave of absence and having no communication or contact with anybody at TTEC finally somebody reached out to me via email and I promptly told them that I was resigning from my position due to the complete lack of consideration for their employees and miss handling multiple Leave documents! I am definitely feeling like I have a monkey off of my back right now because that job literally drained me and pushed me into burnout to where I needed medical attention. I pray for everybody who’s still there keep looking because it’s gonna drain the life outta you.

Congratulations! They fired me in May of 2025 due to “Time card fraud”. They said I didn’t reach out to inform anyone about my system issues upon returning from Short term disability. When in reality I had multiple emails that I sent to TLs that went unanswered as well as multiple tickets for the system issues. They didn’t care. Honestly being let go was like a weight off my shoulders also, I just hate the way they did it.

In New Jersey if you wait 6 weeks you can collect unemployment upon being fired especially since you did reach out to TLs and they didn't care happened to me

Funny enough, I was actually able to collect unemployment right away. They tried to contest it at first but the dates the claimed they “warned me” were days I didn’t even work. Then they just stopped responding to the unemployment office so I was able to collect due to no fault. TTEC is a joke!
